A couple of basic doubts I have on reference letters are below. Please help to get clarification.
I Do have 15 Years of Foreign Experience. One year of Canadian Experience. If we Get ITA, How many years of reference Letters we Need to show. Is it all 15 years one Or the Last 6 Years or the Last 10 Years?
DO we need to show the compensation details on the reference letters? If for some reason, if they don't present or the employer refuse to add them to the reference letter, What are other options Like Payslips or Tax forms (form16 or T4, etc)? Do we need to get Payslips or some form of compensation details of all previous experience (15 or 10 years)?
Your help is much appreciated on the above questions. Thanks in advance
Thanks for the detailed information! I am creating my Express Entry profile and I have a few questions:
Under the education history section, should we update just the highest degree/diploma, or should we also update school, higher secondary details too?
My work history consists of Business Development as well as Business Strategy in the same organization. Not able to find the best suitable NOC. Suggestions?
After receiving ITA, apart from submitting the ECA, should we submit any other transcripts of our education?
Hi, I have a
1)B.COM degree (2 years Bachelors)
2) ACCA diploma in accounting and business
3) ACCA (member)
i have not applied for WES yet. Can anyone please guide whether I'll be eligible for "two or more degree, certificates" category for Canada immigration, if i apply for WES?
Thanks for taking the time and replying to this. a couple of follow-up clarifications needed.
In EE Profile, as part of work history, we added all of our 15 years of work history. Will that be OK or do we need to enter only the last 6 years of work history only?
Not sure how Post ITA upload looks like. If we go with all 15 years of work history In the EE profile, WIll ITA upload form asks for each and every employment document to upload, or will it ask only last 6 years?

In ITA application, it will ask for documents for 15 years, you have to move your work experience to personal history before 6 years and have to submit an LOE to detail about it.

If you claim 15 years Experience then you need to support your claim, unless you are a PNP candidate it doesn't matter to claim extendedwork periods. However if you can get all reference letters no burden then go for it,
best present yourself

Hello
I have recieved ITA
And currently applying for PCC Delhi
I have not added my spouse name in my passport neither i have changed my address in passpprt after marriage
But i have my Adhaar vard with my current address(husband’s address). My name and surname is same as before marriage.
Also, my passport has parent's address where I lived before marriage, where as aadhar card has my husband's house address where I currently live.
Will that be any issue for PCC?
Do you know will I have to change address in my passport to match aadhar card in order to get PCC in Delhi.
Also, when applying online for PCC, there is an option to fill current address and permanent address. Should I fill my current address(husband’s address) in both the sections..?
If you are eligible for EE, then you are eligible for PNPs depending on your NOC, if you have a job offer and whether you meet the eligibility score for the province. A degree and one year experience will not give you a nomination. Assume you have had your degree assessed and taken language tests.
Congrats
For PNP each Province has its own terms and conditions of what relates eligibility.
You have to go through all of their webs and land on any that meets your qualifications. You may apply for several province but you have to accept only one in your EE profile if invited by more than one Province.

To prove FSWP work experience, I don't have salary slips from my previous employments but have obtained letters from my employers stating clearly my annual salary and working hours with detailed job description. Will this suffice ?

I am the primary applicant and my common law spouse is listed as non-accompanying.
We have both been saving up funds for the required settlement funds since we submitted our entry into the pool.
Since now she is now listed as non-accompanying spouse (I will apply for spousal sponsorship for her once I get PR), and I need to show the entire required funds for a family of 2 in my proof of funds.
If my common law partner who is non-accompanying, transfers part of the required settlement funds to me via an electronic funds transfer, will a signed Gift Deed by her be required to validate this?
