Please I wonder if you can help
I am a specialist physician and am applying under 3111 with my three years of training in residency after which I became a specialist but I am confused which job title should I use in my work letter? I read that a resident in training towards a speciality is still included in 3111 NOC
Any idea?
From the first part of your question, I am understanding that you have completed your training and thus you are entitled to use specialist physician. But you must know that specialist physician means that you have completed the required duration +cleared the board exam(s). Now if you want to claim points based on NOC 3111, then you should meet the employment requirements as mentioned on cic website.

In the CRS tool did you mention your IELTS score and that your IELTS score is less than 2 years old? If not then tool will automatically tell you are not eligible.

If you show her as "not accompanying" then you will have to sponsor her to call her to Canada.
