Thanks a lot for your reply.

I was just giving a final check on the documents I uploaded, and found a typo. In marriage certificate doc, the date of birth of my spouse is wrong. In fact, the date and year are ok but the month is wrong. Now, i don't have enough time to correct the document. What should I do ?

Thanks

mrzbd
ah man... thats a hard question to answer...
i would say explain in LoE, but you would still need proof that you actually were married on xyz date, not abc as mentioned on the certificate...
This is not a big deal since it's just a typo. Mention it in your LOE as advised.

Hi !!

Thanks for your reply. What I'm trying to conform is do I need to add every year's result in my file? I had add my bachelor degree certificate, provisional certificate and every year's transcripts. Actually these transcripts was issued by my university when I applied for wes certificate. So along with this documents do I need to submit my every year's result?
I got your question very clearly. My answer remains the same, you do not need all of that. All you need to submit is your original certificate, you can just attach your ECA report and IELTS report if you want. Transcripts and everything else are not needed.

Hello,

I have a quick question on medical . I got my medical done on 19th June before i received the ITA. I received my ITA is this week. I have applied for my FBI PCC which I expect to receive sometime by end of August. I expect to submit my application early september.
Can i upload the medical that i got done on 19th June or would i have to go for it again.
Is there a time frame that our medical should be taken within 3 months of submission of the application . For eg If i submit my application before 19th september then i would be able to use this medical otherwise i would have to go for a new one if i submit my application after 19th Sept .

Hoping to hear back from someone soon!

Regards,
Prateek

Hi,

Your medicals are valid for a year. You can submit the one's you got done in June. You will, however, need to land in Canada before they expire (19 June 2018).

All the best

Thanks . I know that i would have to land before 19th June. That shouldn't be a problem since I am in the US and can go to canada anytime before that. I just wanted to make sure that i don't have to go for a medical again if i go with my current medical (assuming i undertook it 3 months before my application submission).

Guys I am facing problems with the CIC website. Hope you can help me out.

I am AOR 22nd June and recently on 18th July was asked by CIC to upload my daughter's birth certificate and proof of medical exam as I could not upload those at the time of submission of application due to non-availability of placeholders for her documents.

Now, again when I try to upload those documents, the placeholders are not below my daughter's name instead they are under my name i.e. primary applicant's name which has resulted in replacing my proof of medical exam with my daughter's. I tried explaining that in a short LOE that i attached along with the birth certificate but I am not too sure that it would suffice their requirements.

Please advise. Also, please let me know if could write an email to somebody in India.

Looking forward to your valuable suggestions.

No need to have medicals done again. You are good to go.

Hi All,

I have submitted my OINP application. In the document list, I have attached the Bank statements which are secured files and the bad part is I miss to share the password of those statements. Will it have any Impact over my application? Please suggest. Is there any way I can share it later part?

Thanks In Advance.

well you really shouldnt have used a lawyer for such a trivial case... but anyway since you paid them, you are stuck with them

you can apply from wherever you want, UK or home country or a 3rd country... lets say for example you applied from UK, then you moved back to home country during the application process stage, you have to inform IRCC about the same and give them new contact details (address, phone no etc etc) it will not impact your application, you can even be jobless - it doesnt matter....

but what i would strongly recommend against is living in the UK illegally AFTER your visa has expired... they will check all this information and if you are found guilty of overstaying, it will greatly increase chances of refusal.

good luck

Thank you so much for your valuable reply. Just to clear myself out so that I can get some more information from you - I am not planning to stay here illigally although I am overstaying but I am complying with the immigration laws and I am not hiding. I have an application pending and last week I have done biometric. I will show all the evidence to CIC what my status is. What would you think should it be a problem still?

Oh one more thing I went to the lawyer for an one off consultation mainly to get some info about if I can apply from here without ruining a positive outcome. This thing freaking me out.

Another question please help me out. I am planning to deposite the fund next week in my home country. So sould I wait 6 months after that to get the fund matured or I can show it early without having a negative impact on my application? Is there any way?

Thanks a lot

Dear Tanaka

In my Express Entry account page, under

View my submitted applications or profiles

I have 2 application number. One status shows "Invitation Received". The other shows 'Update Not Submitted'.The latter application is invalid and the profile is ineligible. I wanted to delete this profile. But couldn't do it. How to delete this profile? and Is it a problem if this profile cannot be deleted and it remain as it is?

I receved an ITA, send all documents online but my application got cancelled. It seems I only posted only the sworn translation document instead of both the original and translation. How do I revert this? I do have the document, otherwise I could not have gotten the sworn translation.
Thank you.

Sorry to hear that mate. However it is not the end of the world. You need to create a new EE Profile and reapply.

All the best

Sir please tell me one thing.
When we check CRS score om canadian govt website then it shows option of double degree in education but when we actually make profile of express entry then it shows options of degree then straight away of masters. There is no option of double degree
I dont understand this
