Hi all,
I am in the process of submitting my docs for PR.I have a doubt in regards to employment reference letters.
All my seniors and managers in one of my past organization are no more employed in the company. In such a case should i ask the company HR to provide me the reference letter highlighting all my necessary details.
Will that be accepted by immigration office?
Please advise.
Hi TanakaM,
Thanks for your response mate. Regarding this LOE, I don't have the clarity as to how this needs to be build.
Specifics: I have 3-4 transactions in my bank statement which I want to explain with sources and supplementary documents. Now if I prepare LoE, how do I refer with transactions? If you have any sample LoE which you can share, that will of great help.
Thanks again for your help.

Hi Guys,
Can someone please help me out with this query?

Yes, if your HR person can give details on your company letter head, it will be accepted.
Hi Everyone,
When I created the express entry profile I was the primary applicant. However I entered my sposes's work experience for two different job and entered the noc that matched the best to spouse's job. But since the job was outside Canada we haven't claimed points for that experience.
Now when I am invited to apply should we get experience letter that closely matches the noc for spouse or will a generic letter with explanation stating that no points were claimed work ?
Thanks
hi guys,
please do you can explain me this question;;::
has ------- ------ ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or other country?
thanks
Hi, I worked for 5 companies but claimed points for only 2 jobs (because the other 3 were - one internship of 3 months, another job which I did only for 3 months , third one though was 1.5 yrs long it was not relevant to any NOC code), in short I did not need to report the other 3 because those were not relevant. I have received ETA and am in the process of completing eAPR. I see that in Personal History section they are asking for all details of last 10 years (which would mean I have to report all my jobs), so is it acceptable that some jobs are not reported in work history (only those for which I claimed points for are in work history) but are reported in personal history? or will they ask questions and/or reject my application? thanks a lot for your help.
Guys, if any one wants to order their GCMS notes, and not in Canada, can contact me. i would go with minimal charge and order on behalf of you. the below fee is charged by other online companies but i would go with minimal charge as i undergone the same pain of waiting few months ago for my PR- so want to help where i can. who ever wants can email me at
gcmsorderhelp@gmail.com
Visaline.info - $25
GCMSnow.com - $23
www.caips.ca - $40
A Concent form should to be signed and sent through - before i apply
let me know if you have any questions.

Hi,
This is exactly how you are supposed to do it. It's perfectly fine.
All the best

It's asking whether or not you have unsuccessfully applied for a visa before, Or been refused entry at a boarder, Or deported from any country in the world.
Hope that helps.

No, just remove it from work history and enter it all in the personal history section. No evidence is required in this section.
This is perfectly acceptable, just explain in your LOE that you moved it as no points were given.
All the best.

If I don't remove from work history. Should I provide a very accurate experience letter? I can provide a generic experience letter. By generic I mean it proves dates of employment, positions held and salary.

Hi,
There is no standard format. I'll give a quick example.
Dear immigration officer,
I would like to explain the following parts of my application :
1) education history
2) POF
Education
Issue 1
Issue 2
POF
I would like to explain 4 transaction which have significantly increased my current balance.
Transaction 1- date- explain
Transaction 2-date- explain
...... 3
...... 4
Kindly take the above into consideration when making a decision on my application.
Yours faithfully
Xyz
This is one of many ways to write it. Will share a more solid one once I have time. Hope this helps.

Yes, you are free to do this, but it unnecessarily complicates your application and is frankly a waste of time.

Hi,
This is perfectly fine. A number of companies only allow HR to issue official letter. So you will be ok with this.

Hi All,
Please help, where shall one upload CV/Resume - alongwith educational docs????...(i know it is not necessary just being proactive).
Thanks
Hi,
They won't give you a job, so the don't care about your CV. They just want reference letter to prove the experience you are claiming. So don't bother.lol
All the best
