So Should I make 2 job history(Contract - Feb 2015 to Dec 2015 and Permanent - Dec 2015 to present ) or just 1 job history(Feb 2015 to present) as they both have different pay scale and when I got hired after Dec 2015 they gave me health benefits and vacations. And can you please help me on how should I write my job letter if it's just 1 job history .

Doesn't matter if you split or have one reference letter as long as you satisfy the MEC criterion of one year of permanent paid employment in the last ten years.
