I have a question. What happens if IELTS score expires after my e-PR and documents submission to IRCC. will they ask the person again to appear for IELTS and refuse to progress with medical and BGC?

IELTS scores are frozen on the day of AOR. So if it expires afterwards you will not be asked to retake it.

1.None or less than secondary school(high school)
2. secondary diploma(high school graduation)

similarly gap between my bachelors and master

you cannot do it from India if she is staying in Canada.

She should go to near by Indian Visa Office in canada.

And apply there. she will need to fill the PCC form and submit her passport.
75$ and takes upto 2-4 weeks.
