Please can I pursue PR through EE while at the same time pick up a study program in Canada. Is it allowed?

I mean; I am hopefully about to receive nomination from one of the province which will enable me to apply proper to IRCC for PR stage processing. But(And) at this same time, I just got admission for a 1yr college Certificate program that I am tempted/want to accept and apply to embassy for Study permit. QUESTION: Will I be allowed to be processing the PR application while I am still a student or I must wait to finish study program before I start the PR application processing again? What are the options and how do people do both?

So I got my Work Experience letter from the company which I worked in.The letter itself is fully in english.The problem is company overhead is in local language.So the company name and words like phone number,adress and faks which are written in the overhead of letter all in local language.Will this be problem or should I make translations?

Hi and thank you for the blessing.

There is no rule that says one can not apply for PR while studying. You can apply based on the educational credentials you have already attained.
So it's really a question of whether you can afford it all.

Hi,

This is a bit of a tricky one. Although the majority of the letter is in English the fact that some important parts are not means that it needs to be translated. That is my humble opinion. At least that is the safest thing to do.

2. I have worked for 5 companies and i have 4 years experience do i need to get the letter from all the companies or last two companies would be fine?
3. And the main query is i worked as contract employee ( my payroll was processed by another parent company) so should i get the letter from my parent company or from my deputed company?

1) There is no standard format, but this is a very good one:

2) You need a letter for all the experience you have claimed points for. If its 5 companies you need 5 letters.

3) This one I'm not 100% sure about, but it seems logical to get it from the deputed company.

Of course you can create a profile and add you education; but the points for the education will only reflect after you entering the ECA ref#

What will be the point of creating the profile if you can not submit it?
One needs to have both IELTS results and ECA report before creating and submitting a profile.

2) Get your language test(s) done. You must get at least CLB 7 in each of the four sections for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams. But getting CLB 10 gives you maximum points for language.

Of course, the more points you have the better. The max is 1200, with 600 of those points coming from your ability to snag a PNP or a job offer with a very hard to get Labour Market Impact Assessment http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp

For CEC applicants, the max is 600 but someone who has no work experience in Canada who is only eligible for FSW can only get up to 520 points.

6) Finally, wait for your invitation to apply (ITA). But in the interim you will need to do the following:

a) Have your application fee (C$550 each for principal applicant and spouse) and right of permanent resident fee (C$490 each for principal applicant and spouse) ready

Hi,

Whatever is acceptable coming from the primary applicant is acceptable from the spouse. All you need to do is sign a notarised affidavit giving your full consent to the use of these funds for immigration purposes.

Hi,
I have some questions about education and work experience.
I want to apply under the NOC code for "Translators", I have a bachelor's degree in English translation and I have about 3.5 years of consistent experience doing this (from before graduation, till now, 1 year after) and now I'm a master's student studying something else entirely.

1. Now since my job is still a "translator" and I want to apply as one, Is it ok to say that I have a bachelor's degree in the EE forms? I mean that isn't breaking any laws or providing false information, right?

2. I have heard that they only accept work experiences that have been done after the graduation date of your degree. So now I'm only eligible for one year of work experience, correct? Is the fact that I'm currently a student, in another field, an affecting factor here? And if so, If I tell them my degree is a bachelor's, Where do I have to inform them that I was a student during this time?

3.Normally, my salary has seen some raises during these 3.5 years. which of them is supposed to go In the letter that I should write for them? Just the last one?

Well, this depends on the reason for rejection. If it is rejected for being incomplete, i believe the full fees are refunded.
