Hi Everyone,

I was asked to provide "Travel History Info Form" by CIC today but I didn't travel neither outside of Canada nor outside of my originated country.

Can you please advise.

Thanks a lot.
maybe you have to mention Canada as history travel, i'm not sure

I never left my country other than where I am living currently.

currently I am living in Canada from past 3 years
Mention such travels.

I know the whole it was "between country of residence and country of origin" but still mention them.

But why they ask me when others are getting it smoothly
Some things you will need to attach copies of are:
  • your valid passport (we do not accept expired passports or other travel documents)
  • your language test results
  • your valid written job offer from an employer in Canada, if you have one
  • your provincial nomination, if you have one
  • in some cases, proof that you have enough money to support yourself (and your family members in Canada, if any are coming with you)
  • any other documents on the Document Checklist, and
  • your Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report, if you included the results in your Express Entry profile.
If your passport will expire within six months from the day you apply, you should renew it. Then, update your passport information in your application. This will make sure it is valid when we process your application.
when did you apply?

People who already got their PR. How long it takes approximately from submitting all required documents and paying the fees (after getting ITA) till you get a response about your application?

1. I am thinking of credential evaluation from ICAS..Will this agency be ok?
2. What is the average time taken by ICAS if Credentials are from India?

Thanks in advance.

Hello members,
Need your advice badly, I have reference letter from my previous employer and right now I'm working with my current employer, I do not want to claim any point for my current employment, will that be a problem?
Can I show current employment under personal history?
By the way I am FSW candidate and have 15 months of experience from previous employer, from whom I have reference letter and I don't want any points for current employer, will it be fine?

Hi, I had received ITA recently and have this question regarding my employment history.
-i had mentioned all my employments since 2007 in EE profile. The latest employment is since Nov 2013, so I guess my points are bases on only the latest one.
-In PR application, can I remove my previous employment details (from 2006 to Oct 2013) from 'employment history' and shift them to personal details and explain this is LOE?

Anybody with similar situation got PR or
Greatly appreciate help!

Yes, as long as this doesn't affect your eligibility if FSW applicant (67/100 points).
