I have sent my documents to WES. I am MBA. I have done my MBA from Pune University and my bachelor's from Barkatullah University.
How sure I have to be that WES will evaluate my degrees as 3 year's graduation and 2 years Master's.
My performance in both degrees is average. (55% -59% range)

Hi, WES do not evaluate your individual scores, they don't care. What they will be checking is the quality of the actual degree programme and how it matches up to Canadian education.

All the best.

Has anyone submitted ref letters with only the signature/seal from HR and not the direct supervisor? I have my ref letters without the information of my supervisor. Apparently its against the company policy.
can I go ahead with what I have?

Hi all,

I was completing my PR application form online and had a query on the Personal details section of the form. Please find below the snapshot for reference

IMG_20170604_131618_612_zpsjgqdqzup.jpg

This section asks me to put the details of my immediate family members. I am not sure if i should fill this section as only me and my wife are trying for PR. Just wanted to check if it is relevant for us to put the details of all our close family members in this section?

Please advice.

This is fine, you can go ahead. Mine just mentioned their name in it, but was written and signed by HR.

If you really want them to know you supervisor you can mention it in you LOE and attach their business card. Otherwise you are good to go.

Regards

Hi,

You should mention all immediate family members that are not part of your application. So don't mention your spouse, mention your parents and siblings. Your spouse must do the same.

Where do you want to double check? I know its a frustrating wait but I would just go by the agent's word and be a little bit more patient.

Your are almost there.

Hi all! Do I understand right that PCCs from countries where I lived in the past years and hence do not live currently (including my home country) are valid regardless local validity terms. For example, if I don't live in France anymore and I already got PCC and it's valid per local law for 1 year, it will be OK to submit this PCC for CIC?
So 6mo validity only refers to my current country where I reside?
are currently living there, or received the police certificate before leaving, the police certificate must be issued within six months before you apply.
have lived there in the past, the police certificate must be issued after you last lived in that country or territory.

Also what if I frequently travel for 2-3 days to my home country? Do I need a fresh PCC in that case or can I use PCC after I already left home country?
Thx!

Can any body suggest what document to submit in case birth certificate is not available
Birth certificate are not required for adults.
If it is a child's birth certificate you are referring to, you would need to present an alternative legal document used in your country.

Regards

Hi,

1) If the PCC is no longer valid in the country CIC won't accept it. It must be valid at the time you submit it.
2) When they say last live they mean the last day you were in that country. In other words you PCC must be taken after the last day you were in your home country. So if you go back again before submitting your application you will need to get another PCC.

Hope that helps.

Hello all!

One small help needed, I have already submitted my e-APR and now I have changed my employment including change in physical address.

Do I need to notify CIC for this change? If yes, can someone please suggest a suitable link for any form / website where I need to submit my details?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

You do not necessarily need to information CIC of your change of employment, but you must inform them of your change of address.

Raise a CSE. You will see the link in you AOR.

All the best
