Hello All,
On my employment letter the NOC mentioned is 1212, whereas my responsibilities are more closely matching with NOC 1111.
Should i get the letter changed? or its ok if I keep the same.
I hope I don't have to.. because it will be a big hassle if I have to..
Which of the two codes have you selected? Even your profile says 1212.
This is an important part of your application, do not take risks.

Yes. You should actually change both your application and the letter to reflect the NOC that best suites your experience (1111). You can explain this change in your LOE if you have already received an ITA.

Have you checked on their websites?
WES clearly mentions on its website which universities and educational institutions' degrees it evaluates. If your uni isn't mentioned in their list it means they won't evaluate degress obtained from there.
Good luck.

Hi,
The waiting game is not easy but there is not much you can do.
1) CIC aim to process 80% of applications within 6months. Of late, people have been receiving the PPR in around 3-4 months, however, each case is different.
2 and 3) CIC will update your profile in stages, however there is no fixed time. Check out https://myimmitracker.com/ where people update their profiles as they go through the process.
All the best.

The most important thing when selecting an NOC is to pick one in which you have performed the actions in the lead statement and the majority of the duties. The title on your CV does not matter.

Hello People,
Need some advice on proof of funds.
I have some FDs (Fixed deposits) jointly named with my father. Can I include them in my POF?
If yes, then do I have to submit any affidavit signed by my father?
Thanks in advance..
I would like to know more about the charges. Will a person incur both the charges even if they are applying as single.

Can you help me with my EE application? I am a newbie here and when I check ny eligibility in Come to Canada site, it stated that I am eligible. However, when I submitted my EE file they claimed that I am not eligible and that account is not active. I dont know what to do. It is greatly appreciated if you can help me with this matter.

Funds can not be jointly owned with anyone besides your spouse. I would suggest you deposit them into an account that is fully in your name then get a gift deed from your father declaring that he has gifted his portion of the money to you.

Hi and welcome to the forum,
There are a number of factors that can render you ineligible, therefore, you would need to give us a full breakdown on the information you have entered for us to be able to help.

One more query..
I am a procurement professional in manufacturing industry with an experience of 8 years. My job title is Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Management since Apr'14 (last promotion).
While selecting the NOC, I opted for 0113 (Purchasing Manager) (Skill level-0) because the main responsibilities were almost matching with it and also I could not find any NOC with title Assistant Manager.
The next NOC level was 1225 (Purchasing agents and officers) (Skill level-B). Again all responsibilities were matching because I use to do that work prior to Apr'14 and I still do most of those tasks. So, I opted for 1225 for my initial 5 years (2009 to 2014) of employment.
Now my concern is that one of my friend told me that with a work experience of 8 years and with the job title of assistant manager, I should have not opted for Skill level - 0(0113), instead it should be 1225, skill level-B.
Please suggest, I am in big dilemma. :/
Thanks in advance..
