Hey guys, I'm just curious to know 'Can CIC call employers or physically go to applicant's workplace for inspection in Express entry applications(Inside Canada)?'
Hi all,
I forgot to mention an employer when entering information for my spouse. She worked for this employer for 3 years. Will it be okay if I mention about this employer now in PR application? We already have an experience letter from this employer.
Thanks!

Do you have WES evaluation and did you enter the IMM number in EE profile? If not, then that may be the reason you got that message.
Hi Guys,
I have got my IELTS score , WES report, have created my Express Entry profile and registered myself with the job bank. My CRS points is 340.
- Can you please guide how I can proceed next?
- What best I can do to get PNP?
- I feel my CRS points is less, what I can do further to increase CRS points?
Can I start applying for jobs in Canadian job portals by mentioning my Express Entry Application number?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Sampath

Hi,
A question for you guys. I received my ITA for EE CEC about 7 weeks ago. We finally did our medical 2 weeks ago. Without even submitting our application, today my spouse (dependent applicant) received an email from CIC indicating that she should do further tests. We were told by the panel physician that she needs to see a specialist. My question is, should I go ahead and submit my eAPR or should I wait for the specialist's feedback. I'm still waiting for the panel physician to find us an specialist we can see soon, but I'm afraid it won't be in time to meet the eAPR deadline. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
1) You do everything you can to improve your scores while you wait.
2) Some provinces will contact you for PNP, I would recommend you go through the thread of provincial nomination for more information.
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/summary-of-eligibility-requirements-for-all-express-entry-pnp-streams-t432937.0.html
3) The best way to improve your score is to improve your IELTS results if the are below L8, R7, W7, S7.
4) Yes you can.
All the best

Hi,
Is this Canadian work experience you are referring to? You will not get any points for it if it is not, so you can mention it in personal history alone. However, if it is Canadian you can add it and explain in your LOE or just put it in personal history which wont require explanation.

Yes, they can do whatever they feel is necessary to confirm your claims.

Hey Guys,
I have received the ITA, and have some questions:
- My Bank statement shows well more than the amount needed by CIC, but it shows the regular installments of a LARGE LOAN that I used to acquire a piece of land (Can prove the purchase). Can that loan affect my situation negatively although I'm paying it regularly?
- I have a stock account of about that also has the amount needed for CIC, Can it be considered? Should I get the statement stamped? The financial entity is overseas!
please share your knowledge with me because this loan thing is my main concern now.
Thanks a lot for your help in advance.

Hello Guys
I have recently received the ITA on 5th april . But had applied for OINP human capital stream on march 22nd and paid the 1500$ .
The current status in One-Key profile is set to 'Assessment'.
I want to go ahead with the ITA and not the OINP process as OINP will take time.
Can you please advise what needs to be done ?
i) Should i withdraw the One-Key profile ? Should i write a mail to ontario immigration authority to cancel it out ?
ii) Will they refund the 1500$ ?
Any other advise is surely welcome. Need help
thanks in advance
Hi!
I received my ITA recently and have applied for PCC from FBI. I also need PCC from Mexico.
CIC website says, if you're not citizen of Mexico and live outside of Mexico: "You must first submit your application for permanent residence or citizenship. The Canadian Embassy in Mexico will request a police certificate on your behalf after you provide all of the following:". List of documents follows.
Does it mean that I need to first submit my PR application within 90 days of receiving ITA along with FBI PCC (if it comes on time) and then Canadian Embassy in Mexico will request PCC?
I'm not sure if I should do anything about Mexico PCC at this time. If I receive FBI PCC on say, 85th day, would it be too late for the Mexico PCC process to complete?
Thanks!

Hi TanakaM,
Thank you so much for your reply. This is non-Canadian work experience. In fact, she doesn't have any Canadian work experience. It is correct that I wouldn't have more points if I had added this experience in my EE profile but I was thinking how visa officer will see it if it is added in personal history and not in work experience section.
