Hi there,
I need some suggestions!
When we create express entry profile it asks "Will your spouse or common-law partner come with you to Canada?" that means we've right to include or not to include spouse in it correct?
I'm legally married and my wife lives in India. She has spouse dependent open work permit but she never came to Canada. Now I'm planning to apply for PR but I don't want to include her as secondary applicant because she never wanna come here. How safe it is to apply without spouse? I asked some immigrant consultants and advised me to be more careful while doing so. Do you think CIC may suspect something else or is it good to go without worrying?
And to be honest I do not wanna misrepresent my application to CIC.
Thanks
But if declared him as a non accompanying spouse and got the points would I be able to add him to my PR application later when I get an ITA?

Don't think you could cheat the system like that.

No, your points would be recalculated even after ITA and your application would face rejection.
Also, you could even risk misrepresentation and a ban of 5 years for trying to do something like that.
Hi all of you!
Is it important which one of educational assessment organizations will I choose? I mean, if it's gonna be IQAS - Alberta one, is that mean that its valid only there ?

But still one can get his / her PR first (declaring spouse non accompanying partner and claim the maximum points) and later invite their spouse. Like a current process of inviting spouse, right??
Does it still considered misrepresentation or can cause any trouble???

This is acceptable.

Noted.
Ok so considering this, what if spouse is already in Canada on SOWP. Does his / her status going get effected status once main applicant applies or gets the PR?

Yes, but check the criteria meant for sponsoring spouse. You cannot just land in Canada and sponsor them. You need to meet the income and other requirements before being able to sponsor. It could take couple of years from the day you land before being able to have them there.

Hey Guys,
I sent an email on noc@workingincanada.gc.ca to double check my NOC and it bounced back any idea...why?
Apart from their inbox being full, the email content might be big too.

Not really, as per current processing time and latest updates, the processing time for spouse sponsorship is reduced to max 1 year and I have seen few of my friends who got their spouse visa approval with in 6 - 8 months too. They have already started expediting the process big time.....
Hi Seniors
So, I saw an update in my profile today. My CRS score went up to 459 from 434 (25 points) due to my second year completed at work (as seen by CIC). My actual start date of work was 30th March 2015 and technically my 2 years should complete on or after 30th March 2017. I have been reading all the posts regarding this and I have asked earlier as well but i am still confused as this is getting credit for almost 2 months - February and whole March. Different opinions I am getting if I receive an ITA in next draw.
1. Decline the ITA and wait for 30th March (this accounts to almost 4 draws or more)
2. Accept the ITA and wait for 30th March and then submit Application (this puts me in question to should I have received ITA or no?)
3. Accept the ITA and go ahead with submitting the complete application anytime as CIC is giving credit for those months and if they had to consider dates, they would have put it in the profile. (almost like I got ITA and applied)
Any Suggestions???? Any experiences regarding this?

You need to get give details of BBA as well as MBA in WES. For "year awarded", it will ideally be the same year in which you completed. Generally the month is different on the degree. For e.g. you completed your BBA or MBA from April 2002- April 2005 but your degree certificate will show June 2005. So June 2005 is your degree awarded. I hope you understood.
