Helloo

I have a query:

Is it allowed if my spouse applies for her self through Express Entry instead of I (being immigrant) apply for her?
(the aim is to get her case processed faster)

You need to apply as a couple. Either you can be the principal applicant or your spouse. The other person will be the dependant. Two married individuals cannot apply separately as a single person.

Thank you for your swift reply. Let me explain my case further:

I am already a Canadian Immigrant, got married this month, will go back to Canada and want my wife to be in canada Soon.

based on this information please suggest if it is allowed that she being a working lady apply for her self through EE or is it essential to go through the traditional way of I apply for her.

Regards

She can apply through EE based on her own merits if she wants to OR you can apply for spousal sponsorship. Either is fine AFAIK.

I believe you are applying to migrate to Canada, then you have to send documents to WES Canada address.
In case of USA, send it to WES USA address.

Hello Guys

I received my ITA on 25th but because of some issues I opened a new EE profile in a hope that if i receive a new ITA with my new profile i would decline the ITA with older profile. Is there any way that they can cancel my current ITA if they know I have another active EE profile? My intentions are good but may b i m breaking some rules?

Decline the current ITA then, and wait for the next draw.

Hi Buddys,

I got my passport request for the CEC application submitted in May 2016 with 30 days deadline.

Right now my residential address has changed. When I have to send passports with prepaid return envelope I have to mention my new address in the envelope.

How can I update my new address in My CIC application, and Where to. Please give me clear steps??

Best Regards

Hi All,

Hope you are doing good.

Can you please tell me what all things include in that envelope which we send to WES for credential evaluation.

As far as I am concerned, I believe it should have 1 form sent by WES, plus Marksheet xerox and degree, that's all.

Can anyone confirm me the details?

Its the "transcripts" that you will need to ask your concerned university to send to WES. You cannot send it by yourself. They wont acknowledge. I dont know if this rule differs on country to country basis but I am from India and this is how it is done from here.

Withdraw it. Then create a new one.
