So, where I do find detailed list of NoC and their roles?

Yes, I am from india.

Also, I am applying with my spouse so do I need to send his documents also for WES along with mine.?

And I am not married yet but going to marry in next one month. And for WES do I.need any agent or can I do it by my own?

Hi, 2 questions on proof of funds:

1. Do we only need to prove the funds which has been prescribed for the number of people shown by CIC or we also need to prove that we have funds in addition to the same for CIC fees:

2. Can I transfer funds to my wife once she obtains an ITA and show as gifts for the proof of funds?

1 - Only send his documents if you'll be claiming points for his education.
2 - If you do the research like most people you can do it on your own.

Hello everyone,

I hope someone can help me with these two questions.

1. I got my PCC in August 2016. Have not stepped out of this country afterwards. Is it okay to use that or do I need another one?
2. For education history/activities, how do you write month for your completed degree programs? for e.g., we had our exams for a one year program (2007-08) in April 2008 the result of which was announced in June 2008 (as per the date stamped on the mark sheet). So do I write say May 2007 to April 2008; or May 2007 to June 2008????
This would have a cascading effect on the way I write for the degree programs that follow cz either I would need to indicate May 2008- April 2010 in the former case, or July 2008-June 2010 for the latter.

Thank you,
J

HI All,

Please advice,

If my spouse and me , both have assessed educational documents and given IELTS.

1 - Are we both eligible for Unemployment funds ?
2 - Can we claim unemployment funds during PR duration in canada ?
3- - If yes then how much can we get per month , age is 32. ?
4- - Do we have to stay for 3 years to get canadian passport?

Waiting for humble reply.

Hi all,

My passport does not have my wife' name & marital status is also Single since I didnot get it updated post marriage. However, my wife's passport has my name & updated Marital status on her passport.
We also have our marriage certificate & all other documents of my wife are also updated.

Since I am primary applicant, will it make any difference if I apply with my current passport ?

Can I make use of "letter of explanation" & define the status with all relevant documents ?

Now while I am filling my PR application form, there is a section called work history..
Should I be mentioning my previous job details there or filling in current job details should be enough?

If you are selling IT Services, then your NOC code will be 6221
You need your husband's diploma certificate along with the transcripts for all the years to apply for WES ECA.
You can send one application combined for you and your husband - fees may be more. Check it on WES Website.

CRS points are allocated only for the husband's language skills and ECA.
If and only if he has Canada work exp. - you will get additional points.
