What is the best route to take if the principle applicant and spouse are residing in different countries at the time of interview. Assuming that I get a call for in person interview, should I get my wife and a new born of few months to travel to my country of residence in USA? Is there any other option. They can travel here but I was just wondering if there's some other option.

Ideally, the funds have to be 6 months old. However, if you can prove that the funds are not borrowed, the 6 month rule doesn't necessarily apply.

Any bank account in your name will do.

3- My home country bank account is acceptable ?

No

You need these documents only after you get your ITA. You do not need these when you create your EE profile.

Interviews are very rare for EE applicants AFAIK. However, if you do get an interview call and they require all family members to be present, then you might want to raise a CSE and ask the Visa Office on how you can proceed.

just before 6 months(2 days ahead) since AOR:Below is my Timeline

e-APR/AOR June 16
CELPIP Request July 06(Applicant)
CELPIP Request July 07(Spouse)
MED Passed Sep 02- Took longer than others
BG in progress Nov 09- 2nd time
GCMS 2nd Eligibility Recommend Passed
PPR 14 Dec. 2016

Hi Experts,
Please find below my timeline.

ITA received: April 2016 - CEC
Application submitted : May end 2016
RRPF fee request : Oct 2016
Got married: Nov 2016
Application and RRPF fee paid for spouse: Nov 2016
Added all required docs to my application:Nov 2016

Pls advise when will we both get Passport request together?
Can't say. Processing times differs because of a LOT of factors.

Can I apply dependant visa for spouse through my Work permit?

Your spouse might be able to apply for a OWP based on your presence in Canada and your current PR application.

If I get passport request for both together, which one should I prefer?

Passport Requests are sent together for all accompanying members on application. I have never seen the PA and the spouse receiving separate PPRs.

How to apply for GCMS notes?

What should we select for CSE for first question to provide corrected schdule A?

Replacements of documents, amendments... etc...
or
Permanent residence (applied online)
or
In Canada Permanent residence?????

I guess you can choose option #2.

Hi Rajkamal,i just opened my my cic account and when i clicked to view submitted documents,i didnt see transmitted but it was before now i see submitted by the clients.so does it means it is good sign or what is this actually?

Hi guys, i created my express entry profile in Aug.16 under FSW. I am residing in Dubai and my CRS score is 436. Need advice as should i wait for ITA (which is unlikely considering my CRS score and last cut offs so far), or shall i go for oinp (once they are open again). Thanks !!

Do you mean your e-APR with various sections is missing? If yes, then quite a few people have reported this on the forum.

Yes Raj now before when i clicked in view submitted documents i used to see transmitted now it is disappeared...........

Yes, this has been happening for quite a few members. The same is the case with me as well. Nothing to worry about though - Probably just a technical glitch.

If I were you, I wouldn't click that button to "see what it does". I don't know what would happen.
