You don't actually need either; you just need the reference number.

The procedure mentioned above for Delhi University is correct. The better thing in your circumstances would be to collect the transcripts yourself from both the universities and then send them together in one envelope by quoting the WES Reference Number.
Take help of cleartranscript.com if u cant visit university personally

Hello Friends
I have a question regarding my EE profile

I have Phd in Chemistry from Canada with a 3 year work experience in my country as a quality control chemist (NOC 2112) from 2007 to 2010 (more than 5 years ago). Currently I am postdoc in Canada (NOC 4011).

My question is when I am filling EE profile I am asked about choosing "primary occupation". Should I choose it as Chemist or Postdoc. Since my work experience in my hometown is based on chemist and in Canada is based on Postdoc I am a bit confused which one is correct or better to choose. If I choose chemist, will that make problem with my postdoc experience? or if I choose postdoc, will my experience as quality control chemist be affected?

Thanks for you guidance

It depends which program you're applying under.

For CEC, I think you must choose 4011.

For FSW, I don't think it matters.

But if you want to apply for PNP, you should check the in-demand lists and see if either of your NOCs are on the list.

Hello Everyone,

I had about 3 years work experience with two different employers back home before coming to Canada. I was not able to obtain the employment reference letters from these employers (1 did manage to get a letter from one employer but it was not as per CIC guidelines), with these reasons I opted against applying as a FSW (since I was not able to prove my work experience).

So I have been waiting for once year after graduating and working for a company in Canada and I am now eligible to apply under the CEC category.

While completing my Express Entry online profile (pre ITA phase), do I need to mention the work experience that I have from back home as well? I would still not be able to produce any documentation to support it.

I discussed putting only my Canadian work history in my EE application with an immigration consultant but they advised me against doing this since they said that, I mentioned those work experiences in my initial study permit application and I cannot omit that information from my express entry profile now.

I tried contacting the employers back home dozens of time (no written evidence, mostly on phone and sending family or friends to meet the responsible people in person) but they have failed to cooperate to facilitate me, esp since I resigned with one of the employers against their liking.

I have had PGWPP for 1 year now and have being working with an engineering firm since.

What course of action do you guys suggest me? Should I mention the work experience in my EE profile? although I know it benefit me as I am not claiming any points against it.

I however will be mentioning this work history in APR if I get the ITA but then would this be seen as possibility misrepresenting my myself ?

Thank You.

I really need your help guys.

No, that's not misrepresentation.

Leave it out of your Work History, and put it in your Personal History instead.
I don't have the option of mentioning it in my personal history in the online express entry application (Pre ITA phase)

No, you don't. Your Personal History is filled once you receive ITA.

Hi Raj,

My CIC account is still locked and now I ve very less time to accept nomination. So I am creating new Profile. Need ur help regarding education details section. Here's my education details:
total 16 years, Masters : 2 years
Bachelors : 2 years
Intermediate (college) : 2 years
High School:10 Years

My wes evaluation:
Overall 4 years Bachelor (against my masters 2 years)

The rest education is evaluated as Secondary education.

Now my question is that what degree and education I have to put in profile ? (Only My last degree) Or complete details of education (from high school to last degree)

Mention these 2 in your Education history section.

It's all on the CIC site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp

But...

(Please note that this info does not apply to the Federal Skilled Trades Program)

1) Determine your eligibility by doing this CIC quiz http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp

2) Get your language test(s) done. You must get at least CLB 7 in each of the four sections for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams. But getting CLB 10 gives you maximum points for language.

How does CLB match back to the language tests? That info is here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/language/charts.asp

3) Get your qualifications assessed by doing an Education Credential Assessment. Details here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp

4) Determine the code that best applies to you on the National Occupation Classification (NOC) list http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp

The occupation must be NOC 0, A, or B for FSW or CEC.

5) When you have those in hand you create your express entry profile. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/profile.asp and register for the Job Bank http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/home-eng.do?lang=eng

You'll be given points based on your age, education, number of years work experience, and language skills. The points system is detailed here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp

You'll be in a pool with thousands of other applicants http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/pool.asp

Of course, the more points you have the better. The max is 1200, with 600 of those points coming from your ability to snag a PNP or a job offer with a very hard to get Labour Market Impact Assessment http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp

For CEC applicants, the max is 600 but someone who has no work experience in Canada who is only eligible for FSW can only get up to 520 points.

6) Finally, wait for your invitation to apply (ITA). But in the interim you will need to do the following:

a) Have your application fee (C$550 each for principal applicant and spouse) and right of permanent resident fee (C$490 each for principal applicant and spouse) ready
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp

b) Identify how you will provide proof of funds http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

c) check out what is required for the police certificates http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/information/security/police-cert/index.asp

d) find out how long it takes to get a date for the medical exam. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp

e) contact previous and current employers about them providing job letters. You must have at least 12 months of full-time, or an equal amount in part-time, skilled work experience. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week. Work experience while you were a full-time student does not count.

f) research cities in the province(s) where you want to live.

please help me to understand you third point.

Dear All,

I hope you all are doing great.

I have some queries regarding Education Degree / Diploma assessment as per World education services Canada.

I have done 3 year full time Regular graduation and after wards 2 years full time PGDM in marketing which is Equivalent to MBA.

can anybody help me in this?

Thanks

Have you had it assessed by WES ? If so, what does your ECA report say ?

If not, use the WES tool to get an idea: http://www.wes.org/ca/evaluations/preliminary.asp
