Forgot to seek advise on one more thing....is there any use of hiring a immigration lawyer at this stage??My sister is so devastated that CIC bluntly rejected the application for one missing document that she feels maybe we should hire a immigration lawyer now..but I feel that hiring one now when 95% things are done is like paying millions for nuts...suggestions??

What I have heard is that once the new bank draft has been received by OINP, they take up to 2 weeks to return the old bank draft along with the receipt for new bank draft.
Regarding nomination these days, it could take anywhere between 120-150 days post AOR, sometimes even more.
Oh but in that case, for most of the people like us, the application will expire. I really hope it doesn't take more than 4 months to get PNP as then with in 10 days we will get ITA and hence the application will freeze. Our application expires end of Nov
Thanks for your response though.

If your Express Entry profile expires while you are waiting for nomination, you can create a new Express Entry profile and intimate the province to link your new profile to your nomination application.

Did any one ever get into similar situation? How did you resolve it? Even if you haven't personally faced the issue any advise is highly welcome.
I have not faced this situation. But my general observation is that it highlights the field that has an error. Check whether you have entered any special character.

Hi, I have some generic questions as follows:
1. Do we need to submit any documents at the time of creating the EE profile?
2. If after the profile, the CRS is lesser, does it mean that automatically one would get an ITA?
3. What is the meaning of different terms being used OINP, ITA, PPR etc - I am a bit confused?
Regards.
I have a doubt: once i will get Apply to Invitation then after then there is not any requirement and i will get PR within 6-8 Months. It is Right?
Your Reply matters for me.
Thank You.

Not necessary that you will get PR for sure if you get an ITA. If you are able to successfully meet all the requirements post ITA in terms of work experience, language skills, proof of funds, police clearance, medicals, education etc, then yes.

Yes NOC also plays an important role in PR decision. They will try to see whether the actual duties and responsibilities carried out by you as mentioned in the reference letter matches with the NOC that you have claimed to be your primary NOC.

Oh i heard this for the first time. If this is the case then I am relieved.. Application expiring before getting PNP is my biggest worry.
Thanks so much,
Shalini
At what point in the process do changes in your circumstances (for example, birthdays, gaining more experience) stop effecting your CRS ? When you get ITA, or when you get AOR, or not until you get PR ?
