No worries, I used a non-Canadian credit card with my name and email address to order GCMS notes but listed my Canadian relative's details.
Thanks
Received ITA but has few queries:
Background:
1. Received ITA
2. Has sibling in Canada.
Need guidance for following queries after ITA. Following are some confusions regarding EE customized checklist.
Checklist for PA:
1. Proof of Relationship (Required) - Birth Certificate & Indian PP of sibling in Canada to prove relationship. My sibling has birth certificate but I do not have birth certificate.
2. Passports / Travel Documents (Multiple) (Required) – Have 2 cancelled passports & 1 recent passport – Have to upload all pages of all passport or all pages of recent passport only. Had 3 weeks foreign travel in cancelled passport, do need to provide entry & exit pages of the said Passport.
3. Police Certificate (multiple) (required) – Stayed at only 1 address since birth however required multiple PCC
4. Digital Photo: 50 x 70 or 35 x 45
5. Family member proof of status (required) – citizenship certificate and other proof of residence of sibling in Canada
Checklist for Spouse:
1. Legal name change doc. (required) – Name changed after marriage – We do not have any legal documents for change name as it is changed as per Indian custom.
2. Passports / Travel Documents (Multiple) (Required) – Have 1 cancelled passport (Maiden Name) and a recent passport with spouse name and surname - Have to provide all pages of all passport or all pages of recent passport only. Had only 3 weeks foreign travel in cancelled passport, do need to provide entry –exit pages of the said Passport.
3. Employment records – for occupation declared (required) – Foreign experience - No points in CRS. – has to be in line with IRCC requirement or just reference letter will suffice. We cannot provide reference letter as per IRCC requirement. No points in CRS.
4. Education (Diploma / Degrees) (required) – ECA not available – No points in CRS. - can submit only transcripts & certificates.
5. Police Certificate (multiple) (required) – will get from Passport Office. Do we need to take for both address i.e. address before marriage and address after marriage.
Guys I have a question with regards to Personal History that is sent post ITA.
I have 3 jobs as of now, all in the same NOC.
1. Job 1 - 1 year 3 months - Employer said No to JD
2. Job 2 - 3 years 11 months - JD Present
3. Job 3 - Current (close to 1 year) - JD present
For EE points I only need to show my second job really. Can I put the rest of it in my personal history? I of-course can provide proofs of employment, salary etc. Any thoughts?
It seems that ontario along side other provinces (not so sure) has a temporary pause on sending nominations, therefore it can be said that CRS can come down to 465 (my score) or 450 (atleast) within next 2 to 3 draws????
Please correct me if I am wrong
Hi All,
Is there any chance for people with 400 score for OINP in the future. I haven't created EE account as yet. So should I even try?
Regards.

OINP is now closed until the end of this year, so no, no matter what your CRS were to be, you would not receive the invitation to apply from Ontario necessary to initiate the OINP application process.
So if OINP was the route you were committed to taking, I say hold off on making your Express Entry profile. Alternatively, maybe look into some other routes and programs that may help you- Prince Edward Island, in particular, may be an attractive fit for you.
Ok thanks. So even in the future you think 400 is not good enough for OINP nomination whenever it starts again?
For Prince Edward Island you have to have a job offer. I do not.
any idea when Saskatchewan opens its application processing?
Thank you.

Any good Province recommendation for people with 400 score without job offer?

Hi All,
I am a software engineer working in India with 4 years of experience.
I am planning to immigrate to Canada through a PR visa.
I have searched some many consultancies in Bangalore.
But all the consultancies have negative reviews.
I need a job assistance too.
Can anyone in this forum help me and guide me on which consultancy to choose so that I can start the process?
Thanks in Advance!!

@ Prats6
Yes you can use your 2nd job alone and put the rest in your personal history, this is the best option for you
Prats6 said:
Since you already have 3 years in the second job and it gives you the maximum CRS points, you can mention job 2 in the work history and the rest can go in the personal history. Ensure that you have records of employment for this job.

Which are the ones that you found out? I know few good ones, but personally I am not a big fan of consultants (though I do not have anything against them). If you feel that you do not have enough time, need professional guidance and validation, do not mind spending money and your case is complicated, it makes sense to go for a consultant.

If OINP maintains the current eligibility criteria, yes. You will have to wait for OINP to announce their quota for 2017 in November. Meanwhile, you can create your profile and enter the pool and follow other PNPs.
