Dears,
Our score is 457 and but in the last draws there no much decline in the CRS points and even today draw was conducted at 468. Will the score come down in the forthcoming rounds.
Regards
The answer to your question is, it may come down. As per the trend, the score for direct invite never came down below 450, but this year we will only have to wait and see as the quota for the number of economic applications has been reduced. Meanwhile, try PNP.
With your score, you are eligible to receive OINP PT NOI. But lately, there has been a temporary hiatus in Ontario sending out PTs. It seems OINP is clearing the backlog which they have accumulated since November (as they had to process Syrian refugee applications). Post this, which I assume would be May 2016 onwards, they would start issuing PTs. My assumption is based on the fact that they have updated OINP settlement funds requirement here http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html. This requirement refers to applications that will be submitted after May 6, 2016.
For other PNPs check this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp.

Once you create and submit your Express Entry profile, it will show whether your eligible or not. If you are eligible, under correspondence you will get a message with the title '
Express Entry profile received - Next Steps - JobBank'. If you click on this message, a row would expand with a clickable link which says 'To view this message,
click here'. Once you click on this link a PDF will download with the instructions for Job Bank registration and other details. If you have not got the message '
Express Entry profile received - Next Steps - JobBank', then check whether your profile is eligible or not. Ideally you should have got the message when you submitted your Express Entry profile.

Express Entry profile received- Next steps-Job Bank, is displayed but that drp down menu doesn't open.. My total score is 299. Could this be the reason??

No, it has nothing to do with the score. Clear cache, try different browsers, try different devices, I think it should work.

Congrats on your ITA! As per the document list updated here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp, you need to get birth certificates only for dependent children. It says
Purpose
- To prove the dependent children’s relationship to the parents
Document requirements
- This document is required only if the applicant identifies dependent children.
- The document must be one of the following:
- birth certificate;
- equivalent document from the birth country; or
- letter of explanation (where no birth certificate is available in the country).
Individuals who must submit this documentation
- All the dependent children, including non-accompanying
Hello ppl,
I have a query regarding IELTS score.
It is necessary for my spouse to score 6 band each in IELTS test although she is not a primary applicant. Will the score be counted if its less than 6 band?
Thanks

Did it work for you? Were you able to activate your Job Bank account?
Folks,
I have an urgent query. If the primary applicant selects as "No" for the questions "Is your spouse/common-law partner coming with you?" then what does it mean? Does it mean that rest of the family cant move in with the primary applicant later?
Thank you,
Pawshi

It means, you are applying as married and spouse/family is not accompanying you to Canada. You can do it, but I have heard that the process to sponsor your family (spouse and dependent children) later takes longer and is a bit complicated than including them in your PR application.
Please note, even if your spouse/family is not accompanying you, you still have to get PCC and medicals done for all of them and even show funds for all family members. Personally, I do not see a merit in this approach, but I believe you would have your reasons for this approach.
I have lived and worked in Canada during 2013 , do I need a police certificate.
Cause they have mentioned , all countries except Canada
I received nomination yesterday from OINP, and have accepted it .
My profile is valid till 29/08/16, and IELTS expire 13/09/2016.
Seen current trend , looks like by the time decision to be made, my profile or IELTS will expire .
Do I need to create a new profile at that time, or there is no issue .
For IELTS , do I need to pass a new one ?
