hi all,
I'm currently filling out the EE profile and I'm a little confused about my NOC and if I will be accepted through the FSW route. I believe my NOC is 9241 and I noticed that this category fits in the skilled trade program. The issue is I have only 1 year experience and no certificate of qualification so I wouldn't be eligible for the FSTP.
Does anyone know if the NOCs for the FST are excluded from applying under FSW? I'm pretty certain they are not excluded and I am eligible but if anyone has any experience or advice I would greatly appreciate it!

Your NOC is not eligible for FSWP, no.
NOC skill levels 0, A, and B are the ones that are usually acceptable. To know if you qualify, check the second number of your four digit NOC code XXXX. If it is 0, 1, or 2, you qualify under FWSP. So, if it is X0XX, X1XX, or X2XX, you are good to go.

What you said seems a little confusing. First, you said my NOC (9
241) is not eligible for FSWP but in the last sentence you said if it fits X
2XX then it's fine.
Maybe I misunderstood but anyway I think I'm fine. Thanks for the help.

My apologies, I misread it! I read it as 9421.
I think you are eligible then if you are 9241

Hello everyone,
I recently got my AINP, but i also have an LMIA approved job. So i wanted to apply to EE through CEC,as i have one year of Canadian Experience.
i tried to make EE profile, in the process i have some questions, i would appreciate if i can have an expert advice on the questions below:
I selected YES in EE question about nomination .
1)I tried to change the nomination answer to NO(coz ainp isnt applicable to E.E), but i was unable to do so. Should i delete this profile completely and start a new one? or should keep it as YES,
2) I got a message in MYCIC acc with EE profile no and job code when i tried to enter my E.E profile no. and job seeker validation code its not proceeding . it says error.
the below msg was also in that pdf format.
Once we have received confirmation from the province or territory of nomination, or you’ve registered with Job
Bank, we will be advised and your Express Entry profile will become active
3)also under my application status the nomination tab says pending
4) it said job bank registration not applicable . is this because i have an approved lmia?
i want to proceed with CEC, how can i do that after having AINP.
Please reply with your valuable suggestions.
Thank you.

Hi guys. I have a question regarding my wife's PCC from Qatar.
My wife came to Qatar on a visit visa in Dec 2014. Her Qatar Residence was stamped in Apr 2015. The authorities have issued her PCC from Apr 2015 onwards. They say they don't cover the period (from Dec 2014 till Apr 2015) when she was a visitor not resident.
Will this be a problem?

Upload IELTS certificate with education documents else they might ask for it later.
Hi,
Are we to upload IELTS and education documents on our EE profile before submitting or you were referring to eAPR?

While submitting your EE profile, you need not upload any documents.
Does this mean there will be no drawing for the first half of this month? Most of the draws seem to be about 2 weeks apart from each other, and they are up and down. It's unpredictable!
In a scenario, if you meet the lowest score of the first draw but your profile is not yet in the pool, then the later draw is at a higher score that you don't meet the cutline but your profile is now in the pool, does that mean you're not qualified for the 2nd draw? Is my understanding correct?

Question related to WORK EXPERIENCE - While you fill out EE Online Application, it asks if we have at least 2 Years of Work experience in the past 10 Years. It also says it has to be continuous and of same occupation.
My profile : -
Worked for 1 Year 9 months then did Masters in U.S and then worked for another Year. Does it mean I can claim 2 Years of experience although I had my 2 Years of MS degree in between?
Thanks.

Hello everyone,
I was hoping to get some clarification in here... Almost submitted all the info and documents for Express Entry until seeing question : Date when you first became qualified to participate in this occupation? I'm applying with NOC 2174 that requires bachelors degree that I have obtained back home in 2011, however I've shown my experience with this occupation starting year of 2007 until 2011. Which date should I put then? And would it be counted as experience even though that accordingly to NOC I didn't have proper qualification for this occupation?
Thank you!
