Determination — number of invitations
1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on April 10, 2015 and ending on April 11, 2015 is 925.

(2) Foreign nationals who, on April 11, 2015 at 00:00:01 UTC, have been assigned a total of 469 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.

@ nazmun2014 - where did you get this notice from. Is it from your ITA or is is available elsewhere on cic website? The only link I know is
www .cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/rounds.asp and it doesn't mention the latest round (it might not be updated yet).
So could you share the link from where we can get the latest notice...

Hi guys, is it possible to create a profile without ECA? I have to call my University back home and arrange sending all the necessary info. Honestly, I still have no idea how long does it take> Anyone?

I was hoping I can create my profile now and update my ECA when available.

Anyone have advise? Thanks to all

ps I have 4 years experience in Canada and am NOC 0061

Your profile may show ineligible if you submit your profile without ECA.. But surely you can create your people and keep it unpublished without any problem..

Dear Seniors.

I am new here...and have my EE profile activated. I have one technical question

I have applied as single (i am not yet married) and i am planning to get married.

Question is, should i hold my marriage till i get PR or should i proceed with my marriage and use my better half score in my application.

Lets say if i dont use my partner credentials in EE profile, my score drastically decrease. (if i update profile from single to married)


Will it be good idea to marry once i get PR or during the trasnsition period just before i land there...and then i sponsor my wife to come there???

Please advise.

Dear Seniors,

I have the below query:

I have 7.5 years of work experience under NOC 2172 from two different companies. However, I do not have a work reference letter from my first company and they will NOT give it.

However, I have work reference letter only for my second company with 5.5 years of experience. So, while creating EE profile, should I even mention about my first company experience? I think I should not even mention about my first company to avoid any confusion.

Please suggest.

Hello,
I am a bit confused over here.....My EE profile says that you are not eligible.

I am done with WES (Its a B.tech worth 4 years)

My ielts are as follows (R-9, W-7, L-9, S-7)

Selected CAD 13000 in the settlement funds option

have a relative in Canada....all the ol tools say that I am eligible but when I tried to submit the profile its says not eligible.

Well the job experience that I have is not continous for one year like lets say it is from feb 2013 to nov 2013 with one company and from jan 2014 to may 2014 with another and so on........

But the NOC is the same for each company but I have not worked for more than 10 months in a single company is this the problem that I am facing....

Please help I dont know how can I correct this problem

looks like you are lacking score in the work experience department. it has a very big pull if your work experience is just 1 year or less.

Did not get you.....I have more than one year of experience but the it is not for a continuous one year in any company.....and one more thing I would like to add is that it is of foreign work exp....There is NO Canadian work exp.
