Hi Asivad
Many thanks for your answer.
Yes, I am in the process of ECA process. Initially, I thought I need to do both, until I knew it from my friend, that I only need to do one - the highest qualification.
So, with this, in the CIC application, I only need to declare my master degree, which I already have had the assessment of ECA? Does it make any different for the point, if I declare two of master degress (coz I have two masters)? What do you think Asivad?
That makes no difference to the score.
@Asivad. Thank you. I will go for it.. Thanks
Anyway, here is the link to check your points, based on the EE. Easy to use
.cic.gc.ca/english/immigra...d/crs-tool.asp
Hopes it helps for those who keep asking yourself on what score you got.
Hi Experts,
I have assessed my apply factors, it's 67. I would like to add some more factors as below and need your expert suggestions:
Experience: 9.5 Yrs....NOC: 2172 and 0213
IELTS Score: [L:6.5/CLB-7, R:6.0/CLB-7, W:7/CLB-9, S:6.5/CLB-8....overall: 6.5]
Age: 32 yrs
ECA: 4 years Bachelor Degree (done on 5 Nov 2014)
Fund: CAD 25,000
Dependent Family Member: 4 (including myself)
I have submitted my applications through my EE profile and the status showing "Profile Ineligible". I have checked the reports of application and got some feedback as deficiency:
• not having a valid language test
• language test results that are more than two years old
• a language test score that is too low
• not having enough relevant work experience
• not having the required education level
• not having enough funds
Please help needed. Should I apply with a new EE profile. How can I delete my application and create a new one.
Regards, Murad

• Age: 34
• Proof of funds: CAD $14853 above
• No job offer and no relatives in Canada
• Applying as immigrant together with my husband. His details are below:
o IELTS: overall score is 6 result dated July 9, 2015 (Listening /Writing – 6.0, Speaking – 6.5 and Reading 5.5)
o Education: graduated 4-year course in the Phils. Not yet applied in WES for ECA

Hello to All Seniors - I have the same problem. Since the school decided to send the docs by themselves, I totally forgot that I also need to send Marriage License as well. Does anyone knows if aside from fax, they accept docs via email? Thanks from Phils here and it is really expensive to courier again another docs. Thanks to all.

- is it okay to receive the ECA report in maiden name anyway my transcript is in maiden name? I can send LOE later to include my marriage certificate. Please let me know if this is another acceptable work-around. Thanks

You need CLB 8 (7.5 in Listening and 6.5 for R/W/S) to be considered eligible. You can create your profile now itself if you want to though CRS score won't be calculated and you won't get into the pool unless you get CLB-8.

I have assessed through CRS tool (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp) and here is the result.
Core/Human factors
Age = 85
Level of education = 112
Official Languages = 83
First Official Language = 83
Second Official Language = 0
Canadian work experience = 0
Subtotal - Core/Human capital factors = 280
Spouse factors
Level of education = 0
First Official Languages = 0
Canadian work experience = 0
Subtotal - Spouse factors = 0
Skill transferability factors
Education
A) Official Language proficiency and education = 13
B) Canadian work experience and education = 0
Subtotal = 13
Foreign work experience
A) Official Language proficiency and foreign work experience = 25
B) Canadian and foreign work experience B) = 0
Subtotal = 25
Certificate of qualification = 0
Subtotal Skill transferability factors = 38
Comprehensive Ranking System formula
Subtotal Core/Human capital + Spouse factors + Skill transferability = 318
Additional points = 0
Grand total = 318
I have also assessed my eligibility criteria with Come to Canada Tool (http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp), which also resulted me positive feedback and directed to create EE profile.
I know that my score is very poor, but it will at least allow me to participate in PNP program.
