hi people,
i am filling up my application pre-ITA. I have done by master's which has been assessed as post graduate diploma 1 yr) in ECA. Canadian equivalence of my bachelors is bachelors only. Now in the education history section, i have the following queries;-
a) should I provide details of my masters only (canadian equivalence diploma) or both masters and bachelors.
b) Secondly, there are two questions - one is "Level of education" and second is "Level of education (Canadian equivalent) shown on Education Credential Assessment (ECA) report ".
Options are same in both. How do we differentiate between two.
c) If answer to question a) is both, shud I select two or more diploma/certificate for masters and bachelors for bachelors OR two or more diploma/certificate for both masters and bachelors
Any replies would be really helpful.
Thanks is advance.
one last One.
The Occupation section has these two questions ;-
Primary occupation (4 digit NOC Code)
This means the job <$ClientName/$> has experience in and wants to base the immigration application on. This is how CIC will determine your eligibility for federal programs. You will need to know the job title and the NOC for the primary occupation and for any other jobs you add, as well as for any job offer.
Go to the Find your NOC page to learn more.
Date xxxxxxxxxxx first became qualified to practice in this occupation
If the "primary occupation" is:
• a qualified trade (four-digit code begins with 632, 633, 72, 73, 82, 92), this is the date they became qualified to practice on their own in Canada. (For example, when they moved from apprentice to being a licensed tradesperson.)
• any other job, this is the date they first obtained the minimum education or training stated in the NOC description. (Note: if the NOC only states high school, this is the date they graduated.)
do these relate to those who have canadian work ex or for all in FSWP. I am asking this as NOC code is being asked again in the work history
Asivad and other seniors plz hlp

Hi Everybody.
I am new to this forum.I have recently taken my IELTS exam . However i mentioned English as first language in application thinking that it was asking for the language you studied in. However I have now realised that one needs to put in native language s first language. My native language in Hindi. I have received the physical copy of TRF with English as first language.
Will it create any problem at any stage of my application?
Thanks in advance..
Minor administrative detail, not a problem.

hi,
thank you! i thought, it would be logical to just put post-secondary, but it says they will evaluate secondary and post-secondary, that's what made me think. when you did your EE profile, you only put post-secondary? you already got an invitation? thanks again.
now, my 2nd question, for post-secondary, i started college with a different university where i graudated. let's say, i was with school A and took industrial engineering for 2 years, didn't finish and transferred to school B and took aeronautical engineering and finished it in 3 years. the first 2 years were general engineering so most of the subjects were credited. do i need to put school A on the list as well? and if yes, what should i put on educational level in school A, "bachelor's degree or 3 years or higher"?
in school B, i can put bachelor's degree or 3 years and more, because i actually finished the course, but what about school A? and what should i say, unfinished? or in good standing but without diploma?
thanks
hi guys, a little help please? so i could submit my EE profile already. and one last thing, if my NOC is 2242, this is in B class right? ECA is not a requirement?
thanks

Choose the most relevant options.

The former.

I still dont have any Updates..
Application submitted- Sept 3
OR- Sept 4
Since then Review Eligibility- In progress
Hello Everyone,
I had applied previously to Canada for the FSW Program but my application was sent back as incomplete because I could not provide sufficient evidence that I had performed the duties as listed in the NOC category.
I am from India and my work experience is with an Indian company. My previous employer does not provide any roles and responsibilities document. I had provided all other documentation such as joining / relieving / appraisal letters etc.
I am confused what to do and was wondering if anyone had been in a similar situation as me? This is a very peculiar situation about which I feel very helpless as I have a good score of 481 points.
Has anyone applied without a roles and responsibilities document and had their application accepted? If no roles and responsibilities document is issued by the employer, how does one provide an alternative for the Canadian immigration authorities?
I would appreciate any thoughts on this issue.

This is a mistake in the system. I noticed that too.
But when I selected yes in the drop down list of the tests for the language, there was either IELTS or CLB which are for English. Select yes. Their programmer has made a mistake here. You select yes and submit the results for your IELTS or CLB test
