Dear Brother.
I want to apply through FSW program .
my NOC is 2282,and fyi i have completed IELTS with (R.6,L6,W6.5,S6.5) and i have done MS IT and i got ECA Report for Bachelor Degree 4 years.
Necessary to mention that my spouse dont have any formal education nor she possess IELTS certificate. will i be eligible to apply under married case ?? if not then can i apply as single candidate and make profile on single status.plz help
other documents are available in hands
Check your eligibility here --->
www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp
If you're married, you cannot leave your spouse out of your application. You have to necessarily include them. Spouse education and IELTS are not mandatory.
hi,
for education, do i just input post-secondary education? or should i also put my secondary education?
thanks
My ECA report recognizes my B.A. as "Bachelor's degree (four years)" and my M.A. as "Postgraduate diploma (one year)".
Now, while creating my EE profile, in the Education History form, for my B.A., I have selected "Two or more..." in the 'Level of Education' box
and "Bachelor's degree OR a three or more..." in the 'Level of Education (Canadian Equivalent) shown on ECA report...' box.
Is this the correct way to go about it?

It appears that you have chosen correctly. What is the overall Canadian equivalency on your ECA report?

Try and score at least 8 in Listening and 7 in Reading/Writing/Speaking. IELTS is not mandatory for spouse but they can add up to 20 points by scoring at the same levels as suggested to you.

You need at least 67 to be eligible. Try improving your language scores further.

Just the post-secondary education would do.

Canadian Equivalency Summary:
Postgraduate diploma (one year)
B.A.: Bachelor's degree (four years)
M.A.: Postgraduate diploma (one year)
PGDJ: Completion of a second undergraduate major (remarks: the credential is not comparable to a completed canadian education credential)

Thanks Asivad.
Now for my M.A., I should select "two or more..." in the Level of Education box
and "one year program at a university..." in the Level of Education (Canadian Equivalent) box...
and leave my PGDJ out of the application... right?
Thanks Bro. This is very interesting (something which has been giving me headache).
Is Birth Certificate not really Required? Those who have filed PR applications, kindly suggest. That was the sole reason for me not to become primary applicant (call it parents mistake or destiny !)
BTW, Experience letters are themselves quite a pain, I don't know what excuse people give to current employers considering most Indian as well MNCs have only standard letter formats which they can give as per policy ? Any light on the same.
Both me and wife got CLB 10 in all subjects except one each. Does it matter who files considering one may have a better chance in terms of attractiveness from Job front for PN nominations? I believe (not sure) my wife stands a better chance for the same as she works in IT (though scores fall down by 7 as I am a post graduate).
Thanks.
Thanks for the query Asivad Anac
how if i make profile with the above credentials.my case will be refused and i will be stand ineligible .
also i try come to canada tool...it gives me not eligible..however they dont compare the whole ranking system
Plz guide .
