No, each person has their own UCI.
You just need to answer yes and provide all information related to the rejection. Answering No would be misrepresentation.
Actually I answered NO to this question before ITA.
Now after ITA, same question is there for primary as well as dependent section.
I have answered YES in both primary and dependent sections Immigration history(with same UCI (old) in both sections and same File# mentioned)
And in statutory questions as well.
a) Should I decline ITA and again come back to pool to rectify the answer in next draw?
b) Should I answer YES everywhere in primary and dependent's immigration history and statutory questions and send them in LOE about the mistake done before ITA?
I have a question about the medical exam. I will create my EE profile and apply for the CES by the end of this month. Can I do the medical exam prior to receiving the ITA or do I have to wait until I'm invited and asked to do the immigration medical exam? Thanks for all you support
There was an update for me in November 2018 - Medical Passed. Since then there is no updates as of such. Is that happening with all? When must I expect an update? Any idea?
I am currently working in Montreal ( work permit) . I do not plan to settle in Montreal . Can I apply for express entry when my current address is Montreal ? I am thinking of settling in Toronto.

I'm already living and working in Vancouver. I just want to save waiting time for the medical results and have all my papers ready to submit as soon as I receive my ITA. That's why I want to know if I can schedule a medical exam in the coming days before getting the ITA.
Technically, you can do that. You need to include their information in the application, but you can choose that you don't want to bring them. This would give you the same points for a single person. Later you can sponsor them and bring them to Canada.
