Through which agency as per anyone's experience is better which takes less time as compared to others? i.e. WES, IQAS, ICAS etc. or any other you know. I'm applying from Pakistan so also seek some information regarding which documents they will actually require for assessment.

As per my experience WES is good and comparatively fast....you would need to send your transcripts and degree certificates from your university to them. Rest of the details you can check by visiting their website.

Can anyone explain me:
For NOC skills does the designation has to be whole experience duration or it can be something like: started working as assistant which is not a category for NOC but later promoted to manager. Once promoted to manager will the whole employment experience (prior to promotion and post promotion) count as NOC designated employment or only starting after promotion ?

I have mentioned my totals hours per week as 45 in EE profile, however my employer has refused it and mentioned 40 instead.
Can we change the number of hours post ITA?

I am not informing my current employer that I am going to apply for PR. What alternatives do i have to produce other proof? Do they accept salary slips, slalry revision letters etc?

Yes, you are right. Only applications submitted till January 28, 2018 at 21:06:11 will be considered in the draw

I think as long as it is more than 40 hours, it should be fine. you can have 40 hours in your PR application.
