Hello guys,

Imagine you have been working in a company for 3 years 10 months and you have worked in two diff positions as a Admin assistance (noc1241) for 7 months and then Admin officer (noc 1221) for 3years 3 months. My question follows;

1. When filling your Profile and you are asked "do you have any work history since when" do you put the combined years of 2 positions duration or just the one with the 3years?Combined

2. In the work reference letter, will you have the two positions mentioned with your different job duties? And will the two different salary earnings be mentioned?Yes two positions with job duties alongwith salary details including all increments with dates.

3. The spouse work history should be a "No" since points are not claims for it right?

Hello guys.. I need some help here.. Pls advise..
I'm at 443 and expecting ITA soon..
Should I wait for ITA or get upfront medical done ? Do I need copy of ITA for medicals?

You can go either way. Medicals don't take much time so you can get them done after your ITA. Generally they don't ask for copy of ITA, atleast didn't ask me, but it can vary from centre to centre.

I have few questions regarding the profile after recieving ITA.

1) My name in My degree and marksheet is Maan Singh
but in my passport its given as First Name : Maan Singh
Last Name : Sekhon

Do i have to select the field where it says "Have this person used any other name "

2) I have no relative living in canada . But there is a section that asks in Family history

"Please tell us about immediate family members that have not been identified in the application.
This includes any parent, any spouse or common-law partner, any child including adult children, and any brothers or sisters. If the relative is deceased, provide the date of death."

Do i have to give these details even if my parents or my brother sisters are in india and never lived in canada?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Do i have to select the field where it says "Have this person used any other name "no...just mention in a letter explaining the difference in name as technically it is not a different name but rather an incomplete one.

2) I have no relative living in canada . But there is a section that asks in Family history

"Please tell us about immediate family members that have not been identified in the application.
This includes any parent, any spouse or common-law partner, any child including adult children, and any brothers or sisters. If the relative is deceased, provide the date of death."

Do i have to give these details even if my parents or my brother sisters are in india and never lived in canada?yes. You are mixing two totally different things. Give details of your immediate family members irrespective of where they live.

Urgent help ,
I got my ITA recently, but in the form I have written 48 working hours per week while getting ITA, but now I have received an experience certificate from my office which says that I work 40 hours per week, what should I do now ? Should I deny the ITA or should I continue the process ?

My wife is already in Canada on Work Permit, and my application as a dependent on her work permit visa is under process.

Can I simultaneously start a PR process with me as the primary applicant (wife's IELTS score is low)?

That she already is in Canada and still I am the primary applicant affect the application in any way?

Hi everyone !

I came to Canada in August 2016 and completed One year study in August 2017.
In September 2017 I started working as a web developer, but I got PGWP in December 2017.

Now I'm planning to apply for Express Entry Profile.. I have some questions ..

1. My work experience will be counted from September 2017 or December 2017?

2. Can I extend my PGWP.. what are the chances?

3. Can I apply under Canadian Experience Class or Federal Skilled?

4. To improve my score ..whats the procedure for PNP nomination?

5. My CRS score will be around 440 to 467 roughly estimated.


Any suggestions or help guys plz....

Unfortunately, my application for EE was rejected a couple of weeks ago. I am hoping to receive a new invitation to apply this week and resubmit my application ASAP.
Is it mandatory to update my proof of funds letter or it is still valid? Mine was emitted in mid May (less than a month ago)

Sorry to read about your rejection. If I were in your shoes, I'd definitely get another bank letter for proof of funds that's dated after ITA date. However if it's difficult getting a fresh letter, this should still serve, provided your rejection wasn't PoF related. That's how I see it.

Do I have to get another PCC? My passport will expire in a few days so I need to get a new one. But my PCC carries the number of my current passport. Any similar experience please?
