Hi.
What if my bank balance certificate does not mention the 6 months average balance?
Its only required for PNP. For Direct invitation, its not required.
How can i schedule my medical in New Delhi India ?
Visit Max Hospital. Ask for Immigration Medical exam.
Wrong question? PCC in India is valid for 1 year. Apply for PCC once you get ITA. Simple and less complex.
Actually I have already applied for PCC bcz its not clear how much time it'll take and at 443 CRS I'm expecting ITA in next draw. Now In this case is it neccesary to apply PCC after getting ITA. I mean if validity is considered upto ITA then I'll be fine. Pls clarify. Thanks a lot.

You are good on this then. All the best.

Thanks Preet paaji...One more thing. I am struck with a very difficult problem. For my POF i am showing Mutual Funds, have also got a Net Worth certificate from my CA mentioning all details. However the statements of these funds are computer generated hence there is no way i am able to get these signed and stamped from an authorised person. How to go about it? Are these computer generated statements enough?

My sister is a pharmD working in india with 1 year experience is she eligible to apply for express entry? My question is does she require more than one year experience to be eligible?
Hi,
Me and my husband are currently filling in our express entry profile and I will be the main applicant.
As far as our understanding spouse factors that contribute to our overall score are:
level of education, official language proficiency and
Canadian Work Experience. Since my husband doesn't have Canadian work experience, we assumed we only need to claim his
education and
IELTs socre. Is this correct? While filling in the express entry profile we found reference to spouse work history and accordingly asking for NOC. Will my husband need to claim work experience and would that affect our score?
On a relevant note, if we found the same job role in a
Skill 0 (managerial) job and a
Skill A job, is one of them better to claim?
Much appreciated in advance
YH
At what stage will I need to provide proof of funds? Is that once I receive an ITA or when submitting my express entry profile?

If your husband does not have Canadian experience then it won't count, so better omit it from you application. Yes if you get his ECA and IELTS score that would give a boost to your overall score. Skill 0 or Skill A would have the same weightage as far as i know, its just that your job descriptions should match the selected NOC. I hope this helps.

After you receive ITA. But ofcourse you know that you have to mention the amount you will be carrying in your EE profile.

She is eligible. However, she will have to get at least CLB9 in IELTS.
Hi Guys,
Need your help on a unique issue:
I am a PR holder. I moved to Canada in Feb 2018. I have a fiance in my home country whom I am due to get married to in Feb 2019. I want to get her to Canada asap. There are two options I am exploring:
Option 1: I was thinking to have her apply for Express Entry as single applicant starting now as she has good profile. Assuming that she gets her PR visa by December 2018 and we get married in the home country in Feb 2019, she can then change her visa status to married which will take i guess further 3 months and therefore can join me OR she might not declare the marriage and we register court marriage here once shes here.
Option 2: The other option is to get married and then apply for spousal visa but that will take longer for her to get to Canada.
Do you think that option 1 is better? Is there any problem with that? Please guide
thanks!
Hi again Guys!
Would really appreciate if someone can answer the above query. It is getting urgent for me.

Both options are good.
In EE route, your spouse has to appear in IELTS and get enough bands to get ITA.
This can be achieved in lesser time.
On the flip side, in Spousal Visa, its a pure documentation process with 12 months of timelines.
Rest you can decide.
