IELTS- 7.0 R-6.5, W-6.5, S-7.5 & L-7.0
Wes already done.
Work experience- 10+yrs
NOC- 2132

while calculate the profile i am not eligible for express entry, can anyone help me out what to do next or any other options to get into express entry pool?

Thank you in advance
You may need to retake the language test for a high CRS score, and increase your chances of securing ITA in the subsequent draws. Unless you want to go the PNP route, but, if I were you, I'll aim to score a minimum of 8777 in IELTS (LRSW). Try checking your CRS score with this minimum band and let me know what you have.

Hello guys.. need another help..
I am working in a power corporation run by state govt. The deptt refuses to provide any reference/experience letter. In this case, will joining letter, salary slips and bank statement(for salary a/c) be sufficient ?
Pls advise. Thanks.
It should be fine but see if you can ask one of your superiors to write you a reference letter. The person should attach his complimentary card if he has one to substantiate his claim. You should do an LOE stating that it was impossible for you get reference letter from the company and if possible attach evidence, perhaps an email that was sent to you by the HR wherein they refused to issue you letter of reference.

Dear Friends,

I have another question,

1- During the EE stage, question stated "How many family members does applicant have? (This includes Applicant, a spouse or partner)
My wife is coming with me and i have included her in EE profile since begining, however, I answered this question wrong by stating only 1 person. Whereas, it was 2 people.
Now I am at eAPR stage. I have answered 2 for the same question now and I have funds.

2- I mentioned wrong answer to two questions during EE profile stage, for whom I changed the answers in eAPR profile.

My confusion is for the above two questions, will it look bad for my profile and are there chances of rejection based on this? and if yes, although I have accepted the invitation and have left 70 days to complete the eAPR, can I still 'Decline the invitation' and then restart it again?

Please advise?

Thank you and Best Regards
You stand the risk of being rejected. Note: the CRS score that got you the ITA in the first instance will be lower had it been you answered "Yes" that your spouse will accompany you. I think you should reject this ITA and correct your application document before entering the pool again.

Hello guys..
Do I need to get police certificates for all family members ? Cuz CIC site reads as follows :-
"
Police certificates
To immigrate to Canada, you and any family members who are 18 years old or older must include your police certificates as part of the application for permanent residence. You need one for every country, other than Canada, where you stayed for more than 6 months in a row in the last 10 years since you were 18 years old."

Please reply. Thanks.
You already have the answer you seek: yes, all family members that are 18 years and above.

In PR application, I can see lot of forms to be filled in for self and dependents, but no option to upload any documents.

Is it like i need to fill in all the docs and then will get another window to upload docs ?

Hi,
I'm a Canada PR aspirant. And had a score of 7 in IELTS (L-7.5, S, W, R -7).

So was planning to apply for PNP program. I wanted to know if we have to maintain the funds for about 6Lakhs (Single Person) for 6 months in our bank account and then apply for PNP. Please confirm

Thanks!!
That's the norm, but if the money is yours and you have a bank history, this is not a big deal. Just get your bank reference letter.

Hi All,

I have a question regarding Express Entry Points and Draw. For example, I have indicated everything correctly, so correctly that the score I expected was exactly how much system awarded to me, namely 423. If I spend 3 months and polish my French and sit an exam I can increase it probably max to 447, but no more, as my age is my main drawback here. Now a heard rumors and have concerns (even though I do not understand why one would do that, because in documentation stage they will be exposed) that some people exaggerate their entries for Express Entry, for example by showing higher English or French Score or Work Experience even if they have not yet taken their test, and system awards them points for that and they are ranked let's say with 450 points above me. And in this case, I who have 423 and all the document to back it up, am being left out from the draw selection while those who inflated their entries got selected. Of course if they cannot prove they will eventually fail, but it does not help my cause. I am being left in the pool while fake entries are being selected. So my question is, how CIC/IRCC protects the system and thus fairness in draw process from such fake and fraudulent or inflated accounts? Is there any mechanism against that?

Personally for me it would be requirement to attach documents within 30 days of the application to prove and then be part of the draw, once you have proved your scores. But it seems it works other way around, they make draw based on whatever account holder claimed and then try to verify their credentials which leave actually ready and true accounts in the pool for good.

Please advise if you know of any measure CIC/IRCC is using to protect and safeguard system from such fraudulent entries, otherwise it seems very unfair process.
I think you should concern yourself more with how you would increase your score to land ITA or how else you would land ITA on time. People will always bend the rules, but the end justifies the means.

It doesn't matter whether you were paid only your basic salary. What matters is whether it is a paid job, full time or part time and the number of hours worked per week. Normally 40 hours per week is okay. Just get a good reference letter from your employer to support your claim.

Save your entry, logout and login again. Also give it sometime but if it doesn't work, contact CIC and complain to them for a fix.
