If IELTS score and ECA are available, how long it takes to complete express entry profile and to get final CRS points?
around 15 mins
Hi,
I'm 24 years old. My Education credentials are Diploma in Engineering(3 years) and Bachelor's of Technology.
Currently, working in a software company and already have 2 years of expereince as Software Engineer.
My Questions are:
1. Is this, the right time to apply for Express Entry Program for Canadian PR or wait to gain 3 years of experience ?
2. If yes, then how many points will I get for my Education Credentials ?
3. Under skill Transferability Section, , Can I claim points for both of my credentials Diploma and Bachelors under "two or more bachelor's, diploma.." option, If I will able to score CLB level 9 ?
4. What should i do first, WES evaluation(ECA) or IELTS ??
If someone can help me,
Thanks in Advance
Start your process asap. Do ielts and wes both at the same time and if you are like most of us and need to get 8777 in ielts then unless you are really good at it you might not be able score that in first go...!!! So take ielts asap and see where you stand!!

Hi Team,
I am in sheer need of your help about the situation I am in related to Canadian Spouse Visa.
My boyfriend is settling in Canada and has already applied for his PR and currently his profile is under background verification check and expect to receive his CoPR within next 20 days.
We are dating from last 4 years and our parents are very adamant about us getting married before he leaves the home country so can you please guide me what procedures we shall do on our end so that we can plan to move together to Canada.
I was reading the law and it says that a PR holder can sponsor his wife only when he is physically present in Canada and have a stable financial condition there so that spouse doesn’t require any social assistance from Govt. of Canada. As you must be aware that when a person moves to Canada leaving his/her home country behind, he will need some time to settle down there (approx 6 to 8 months) and after being financially stable will sponsor his spouse which will take another 5 to 6 months making the lead time to be more than 2 years. It will be very challenging for both of us emotionally to be in long distance relationship for so long even after being married.
I was wondering is there any way that my name can be added in his profile after our marriage which will be happening soon and then Visa processing for both of us can be done as a married applicant rather than single applicant.
I am looking forward to your response as it will be the most authentic and law abiding way to move forward in my case. Different advisory firms are giving different options and the solutions are poles apart. I am highly confused who is right and who is wrong so I am approaching you for your genuine help.
Please let me know if you need any other information to help me with this situation.
Thanks!
Best Regards,
Divya

I think you also have to determine your NOC. That is the most important thing in the EE Profile. Once done, EE profile is just another form for you to fill.
Good Luck.
Great. That's a good score. What's your Noc? Are you applying under fsw inland?

I filed under 2171. If Fsw inland means inside canada then answer is no. I'm sorry not familiar with the inland vs outland terminology.

Hi guys!
How recent should th proof of funds letter be?
On the date of replying to the invitation with all docs- is it okay if its 2 weeks old?
Dear experts, I have just submitted my EAPR but I forget to mention one information. I was rejected from UK student visa in 2007 which was more than 10 years ago. I don't have any documents regarding this rejection. I can't even remember exact date when did i submit this application. reason of rejection was due to some heavy transaction in my bank account before file submission. Are CIC going to reject my application due to this reason? What should i do now??

For Direct Invitation, it should be at least 1 month old and for PNP, it should be 6 months old.

Hello Everyone,
Hve a quick question.
I am currently in pool since Dec 17 with 441 score and question pertains to IELTS,
My wife has IELTS as follows:
Read - 5.5
Writing - 6.0
Listening - 5.5
Speaking - 7.0
Her results would expire on 21 May 2018 as she appeared on 21 May 2016. My questions
- Will it be an issue to receive an ITA if the band is below 6. (I have score above threshold)
- At the time of submission of application IELTS is valid, but it may get expired while they are reviewing the documents.
- Can I change the IELTS results after receiving ITA?
Thanks in Advance for advice.
