Is it ok if my institution will be the one to send my application package together with the sealed envelope of my transcript? 2 sealed envelopes (my application package and trnascrip) sent by my institution on the same date.

I created my IRCC profile with NOC 2281 (Computer Network Technicians) and i was awarded Ontario NOI after a couple of days. But i did more research and i realized that NOC 2147 (Computer Engineers except software engineers) is a better fit. I have updated my IRCC profile & i intend to apply to Ontario for PNP. Do you think that i need to upload a LOE to explain why i changed my NOC? Also are we allowed to change NOC after Ontario has awarded you NOI? Will this NOC change affect my application? What's the best path to follow? Please also understand that NOC 2281 and NOC 2147 are closely related and they are both acceptable to Ontario for nominations.

100% you should write a LOE regarding this fact. Discrepancies between NOCs in EE profile and Ontario application is a common issue but if explained, it is not the reason for refuse by Ontario.
Also, keep in mind that the nomination certificate issued by Ontario contains NOC and IRCC require you to apply under PNP with the same NOC.

Hi...to increase my points i have done post graduate diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA - 1 Year) via distance education mode. I hope that WES will recognize distance education diplomas. I have done the BTECH and it is already evaluated by WES in 2014. I am doing this part time diploma from Swami Vivekanand Shubharti University. It is recognized by UGC. But the University is not issuing me transcripts. So can i take the photo copied of the marksheets and can get it attested from the university and mail those in a sealed envelope. Will that be acceptable by WES ?

Hi everyone....I have a query regarding proof of status of sibling. My brother is a canadian citizen and I am claiming that points in my express entry profile.

For providing a proof of status of my brother, can I use scan of his canadian passport, or is citizenship certificate the only valid proof?

I(primary aplicant) got passport request today for express entry. However, my husband who is secondary applicant under my file did not got any email for passport request. Also, his visa office is different than mine.
Please someone suggest me where my husband should send his passport.

Dear Members,
I'm new on this forum and I just received an ITA on Sep. 20 under the skilled workers program, I'm the main applicant and I'm applying with my wife, my sister is a PR in Toronto, CA;
I'm Tunisian and my wife is Tunisian/ Russian.
I'm really confused regarding the documents to upload:

1) Education (diplomas/degrees) (required): Should I just upload the WES reports or I should also upload the official translations of the diplomas?
2) Family Member Proof of Status (required): What did they mean by that? Family member refers to my wife of my sister? (there is already another section for my sister (Proof of PR/Citizenship of sibling (required)/
Proof of residency in Canada of sibling (required)/ Proof of sibling relationship (required) ))
3) Passports/Travel Documents (Multiple) (required): My wife's section: My wife is holding also a Russian Passport, should I also upload that?
4) National ID (Multiple) (required): What did they mean by that? Should I also attach my National ID Card?

I got passport request today and it' not mentioned there that where my husband has to submit his passport. Please help me

@TanakaM, please help with me a confusion, my ITA crs for level of educ is 119,
my educ: bachelor & Master, WES eq Bachelor & one yr postgraduate diploma.
As I am filling up the post-ITA form I am putting the same info but the score is now 126. If I put my level of educ as 1 yr degree then it declines to 119, its like they are taking my original degree & not the WES equivalency, I am confused, someone mentioned its a glitch. I have looked up in the cic CRS criteria page:
Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years 119
Masters degree: 126.
I have 2 degrees as counted by WES, so I should get 119. I don't see any mistake from my part but I am scared as it increases the crs from my ITA, what do I do?

Has anyone applied for transcripts from Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training for WES ?
