Dear all,
Thank you for providing valuable information to everyone on this platform. My concern goes thus - Has anyone been denied on the grounds that his/her middle name did not appear in all documentation. My middle name on my International Passport appears in some but not all of my documents..All other names are in order..Will this be a problem??
Thanks
So if I just get my mom to sign and put in revenue stamp on a Rs 100 stamp paper will also work right ?
it will surely work. get it notarized with international stamp(if in India)
I believe signature would suffice as your color scanned PCC show invisible marks which denotes authenticity.
However, you can still raise CSE if you fear if rejection.
@DelPiero07 @BillHyatt @legalfalcon please validate my above statement.
@hirak24
The seal on the document is not mandatory. As long as the PCC is issued on the letter head and signed, it will work just fine.

The gift deed stamp is made in accordance with the Stamp Act. Recently all states in India have amended their respective stamp acts.

You can file an affidavit for change in name with a suitable proof and mention in the LOE.
Hello, I have gotten an ITA but I would like to change the NOC and employment to my current one (this is easier to proof than the one I registered), will I need to decline the ITA or can I amend the application. CRS score will stay the same (both experiences were/are within 1year each).
Kindly advice please.
I can confirm this case wouldn't fetch you "misrepresentation" stigma.
Yes, you can create profile through new GC account. However, it is advisable to wait 28 days to avoid any stress all along.
Thanks a lot

Hello,
How long it takes for the application to move from IP1 to NA2 or IP2 stage?
Depends upon your file conditions but roughly 1-4 weeks.
Hello DelPiero / the_nick24,

His PCC has a BIG PROBLEM, PLEASE HELP......on PCC they forgot ( PCC officers) forgot to stamp One ROUND blue seal indicating REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE......EVEN THOUGH IT HAS OFFICER SIGN ON IT.... CAN you or any other friends, advice if thats acceptable ??????
We are very very stressed.... Also, note this is after EAPR SUBMISSION and this is not OUR MISTAKE...
please throw some lights on what are the options here ?? issue CSE or get PCC stamped ?????
Did they stamp your passport? in my PCC, the officers stamped at 2 places. One at PCC and other at the passport.
It always feels nice to know someone jumping back to forum just to help fellow aspirants

HUMANity still exists

Thanks buddy. Yes, I believe that the more you give, the more room creates for better things to come in

I also remember from my time, someone stating that signature is also acceptable but don't know what happened to that person later.

Your passport is one of the most important documents. IMO, you should have consistency of the name in all the documents. It's just not about the middle name.
I have a query regarding proof of indian job experience and education.
1. I have done Bachelors in engineering of 4 years and 2 years of post graduation in management. I have degree and marksheets for everything. Do I still need the transcripts?
2. I have 38 Months of Job experience prior to post graduation. I have work experience letter and last 6 months pay stubs. Do I need anything else from my employer regarding work experience. After post graduation, I got a job in my 2nd company. What proofs i need from my current employer?
Thanks
