Hello,

Has anyone here got a gift from their relative in order to fulfill the POF requirements but did not waited for six months or less for the funds to get matured and got thier PRs? Is it safe to submit the application like after 1 to 2 weeks of getting the gift?

Hope you receive a confirmation from them soon. Did you have any ailments in the past? What was the spot all about then?

The spot was a trace from a past pneumonia. Had 10 day antibiotics treatment and it went away.
I was wondering if it's normal from them to ask 2 times for additional investigations...

In FSWP eligibility, its written: work experience should be paid, full-time and at least 1 year

While creating express entry profile, in the work history section it is written: Don't include experience under apprenticeship process/training

In Help Topics, its written that Co-Op and apprenticeship done during graduation won't count


My qestion is: whether apprenticeship after completion of graduation (if fact 2 years after completion of graduation) count as work experiece? If no or yes, please provide a clause or statement for better clarity

Please we are using a certificate from an Investment company (treasury bills) as our POF. There are no funds in our bank accounts currently. Please do we still need to provide 6 months bank statement?

Just found out that the gift deed from my dad came from his company account. My parents own the company. I know I will have to submit proof that my parents are the owners and get the gift deed from both of them.

But what else would I need, and could this be a problem?

Yes my WES is done, CRS score is 464, Ref letters from previous and current employer is also ready. I would like to know what is PCC and POF( If its proof of funds then i have not yet put money in the account, when would i do this , after i receive ITA or before that )

Buddy PCC is Police Clearance Certificate and for POF you guessed it right it is Proof of Fund from your bank.
Suggest you to apply for PCC as soon as you receive ITA and also regarding POF you need to submit a latest 6 months statement from your bank and a bank letter to represent your 6 months bank account average balance, with your application.
If you do not have money in your account since last 6 months then you should look for the other documents you could represent as a POF along with your application.

Hello guys,

I need your advice please.

My husband has WES report since March 2015. While we were preparing our documents we realised that his WES is not for IRCC and different than mine which I received this year. We tried logging into his profile and see if there is any option to upgrade from WES Standard Application to IRCC, however my husband couldn't remember his credentials. He tried to look for WES emails in his inboxes but couldn’t find any.

I have written to WES on their contact us section and waiting for their response.

Did anyone come across this issue? Forgetting account details and choosing the wrong application?

In case we are still in the pool will our profile submital date change and affect the tie breaker?

But if we receive the new WES application after getting ITA Can we still update our profile?

For Direct Invitation to Express Entry - there is no problem, however, for Provincial Nomination programs, Funds should be older.

l would say wait for the final evaluation. Sometimes WES approves such degrees and sometimes they do not.

Apprenticeship, training and volunteer work is not recognized as work experience in FWSP. You will have to mention your work experience of at least 40 hours per week for 12 months.

Hello, Can someone suggest the right thread to get detailed info on how to fill EE profile and all information ?
I have cleared WES evaluation for self and wife. Also, clear IELTS requirement - L 8.5, R 9, W 7, S 7.5 , My calculated score comes out to be 461.

Also, had few queries before filling information in EE profile.

1. My passport (reissued in July 2017 ) states my permanent address as of Punjab (my parents place) although I live with my wife on rent in Delhi, my work city. But, we have no concrete proof of our delhi rental accomodation apart from our rent agreement made by agent not notarized, which I believe is not a valid legal document.
I am asking this question from two angles , PCC and personal address and also work history for myself and wife.
The easiest option for me looks to get PCC on my permanent residence address as on my passport. But, what shall I show as my present address then in my address history ??? If I show Punjab address then it would clearly contradict info given under my experience or work history in Pune and Delhi for last 6-7 years. Kindly suggest whether it is ok , any successful experiences plz..

Also, whether it is worthwhile to change my wife's passport address (of her parents place) to my Punjab place(as in my passport). FYI, we have a marriage certificate. And same question of showing address history for my wife...where shall i show Delhi or Himachal or Punjab

Another query is regarding work experience history. I have an overall experience of close to 8 years. I can arrange reference letters for 7.5 years, but i worked in a start up for around 6 months from where it might be a pain to get the ref letter etc...can i skip this 6 months experience to reduce my hassles and efforts in case it shall have no effect. Because, as per my knowledge, 6 yrs plus of work experience fetches you the same score. But I also wanted to be assured of any legal/procedures issues which I may not foresee in this easy option of skipping this 6 months experience. To justify it, will show it as a gap and show myself staying at my native place showing under my address history and job history in EE profile info.. Whether it is ok..
