Express Entry - Spouse - Open Work Permit - Valid Job Offer

Dear All, My wife is on an Open Work Permit and currently working as a contractor for a Canadian Company. If she gets a valid job offer (full time) after her contract ends, can we use that offer as a valid job offer and apply for PR with her name as Primary? Appreciate your inputs and guidance. She needs an approved LMIA from her employer.

Thanks for the update, appreciate that input. So, once she gets an approved LMIA, she can create EE profile, correct? Her current open work permit should not be a problem, right?

She can create an EE profile now. However she cannot claim the 50 job offer points until her employer has obtained an approved LMIA.
