Hi,
I was just checking the express entry draws in rounds of invitation column but i have seen that it's mentioned 'No Program specified'.Does it mean. Federal Skilled Worker category also will be invited for that particular score.

It means anyone in the pool, with a high enough score, can receive an invitation irrespective of the category.

Does this include PNP candidates as well? Because my friend is in Express Entry pool with 796 points and he has not received his ITA for past 3 draws.
