I have got an ITA in express Entry. After applying with all the documents, I got my application cancelled due to incomplete documents.
They rejected as my police certificate from India was dated on December, 2022. I moved to Canada in March, 2023.
Is there any way I can request IRCC to allow me sometime to produce new PCC from India?

You can submit a webform and ask, but they most likely won't consider your request since your application was incomplete. You will most likely need to re-enter the pool and wait to get ITA again and then reapply.
