Express Entry Profile - Education - Name of institution

Hello,
I am in process of creating my express entry profile.
I have had my ECA done from WES.

I have a doubt on filling education info in EE profile:

I have studied from ABC college, which is part of XYZ university.
-My WES ECA report mentions XYZ insitute.
-My degree also mentions XYZ
-But, my transcript is given by (and mentions) ABC.

Now, I am not sure what to put in "Name of institution of education" in the express entry profile. (ABC or XYZ)

I am worried about the confusion and dont want to risk any rejections.

What should I enter in this field? What kind of Letter of Explanation can be created in this case ?
