I have a similar case as yours. Actually I did answer NO in my express entry profile because my nomination was a paper based. Now am worried/ confused mayb I was suppose to answer YES. Thank you
Note: If you have a nomination that is not for Express Entry, or it was issued before January 1, 2015, you must apply using the paper-based process. You cannot use this nomination for Express Entry.
