Express entry profile : Application details : work history

EE Profile creation Query : While creating the Express entry profile it asks for job history. Which has a field for job title and company name.

I have worked for same company Say TATA MOTORS in two different job titles for 11 months each

11 months : Area Sales officer : Jan 2017 to Nov 2017
11 months : Divisional marketing officer : Dec 2017 to Oct 2018

So should I make two different entries for these two positions with same company name or I should make one entry with this company name from Jan 2017 to Oct 2018.

Additional info : I have one reference letter issued by company covering both positions.
