Fortuitously, my application got reopened last Friday, December 11th.
I received a letter stating the following-

A first review of your application indicated that it did not meet the requirements. IRCC has further re-examined your application and has determined that it does meet the requirements of a complete application as described in sections 10 and 12.01 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. Your application has been reopened. You will be notified in due course as the review of your application continues.

Please note that the processing fees you initially attached on the application were refunded when the file was closed. Once the refund process is initiated, we no longer have payment of fees attached to your application. You are requested to send us new processing fees so that our office can continue processing your application. Please follow the instructions on how to attach Payment of fees for an Express Entry application on our Website and to avoid any further delays, please provide us with the processing fees within 7 days from the date of this correspondence.

I made the payment of CDN$ 1410 immediately. But haplessly, that also led to my funds reducing to CDN$ 12437.
As funds entailed for a single Express Entry candidate are CDN$ 12960, I am short by CDN$ 523.

My next vital query is that will it thwart the progress of my application?
Imminently, I will get paid and the balance will rise to more than CDN$ 14000, but that will happen by January 2021.

Can someone please shed some light on this?
It is quite imperative.

How did you pay the new fees? I received a similar letter and when I clicked on the link given in the letter, there was no option to pay the fees as a primary applicant., there are options for different categories such as a spouse, children, paper application, etc., but not as the primary applicant for Expres Entry.

Sorry for late reply.

Go to this link, lest you want to take a shortcut: Online Payment (cic.gc.ca)

Step by step would be-
(1): Go to Pay your fees online page and select Permanent residence and then No in the bottom-left sections: Pay your fees online (cic.gc.ca)
(2): Then on Pay your application fees online page, select Express Entry under Permanent Residence. This will lead you to link I mentioned above.
(3): After payment, make sure you get/download/save the receipt as you will have to upload it under the Proof of payment section in Additional documents.

Alongside uploading, I also sent it to them via web-form confirming that I have made the payment, just to be safe.

''A completed Immigration medical examination was not included with your electronic application. Please complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination.''

There is a way to add the document without lose the aplication, I mean updating this document in the same aplicatio, or I need to get other invitation letter.

It’s not in gckey. It’s on the website. Plenty of posts on the forum about it. Use the search function.
