My name is Jaffer. Post my IELTS score (L = 6.5, R = 6.5, W = 6, S = 8) overall band = 7.

CRS score with spouse is Approx 360

Will I be eligible for any province and what are the chances of getting the invitation.

A nomination is not guaranteed. No one can say for sure whether or not you'll get nominated. So no one can tell you how long to wait.

Your EE profile will be in the pool for one year.

Do we have to recreate the EE profile? Or I won't be an eligible post one year

You can re-enter the pool if you are still eligible. You don't have to create the profile from scratch, but you can update information like IELTS scores, work information etc.

There are some provinces such as Alberta, Ontario that nominate candidates in the EE pool based on their own criteria. For others such as Saskatchewan, Manitoba, PEI etc you need to submit expression of interest to their PNP program. Please visit the website of each province for more info.
