It seems that I get more points if I apply alone without adding my spouse as accompanying me. If that’s the case, can I say my spouse is not accompanying me then when I get ITA, will I be able to add them to my application for PR?
Yes you can show your spouse as non accompanying. Even if you add your spouse after ITA your points will get recalculated and reduced.
Once you receive PR you will have to settle down in Canada first and then sponsor her.
