Express entry in Canada while fulltime study and NOC B full time job is overlapping

Hi, i have a masters and 4 years of experience in india.
I studied 1 year program in canada and meanwhile completed 1 year work experience on NOC B at the same time.
can i apply for PR of my full time study and 1 year full time work is overlapping in canada? will that add to my points?

If foreign experience then yes.

Hey, but im in canada and working in canada on fulll time job.
as i reviced student visa last year, accroding to IRCC im eligible to work fulltime during my studies till dec 2023.
so its fulltime study and work in canada
