He mentioned that a private limited company is considered as a virtual person and even though I am the founder of the company I would still be considered as working in that company. Therefore he told that I need not add any of those company documents, just my reference letter which is signed by the other director would do itseems.
How do I go about it. I'm a bit confused. Pls help...

So, you should choose an appropriate NOC, obtain reference letter signed by any other director mentioning your name, duties, designation, number of hours worked per week and your annual/monthly pay. You should be good to go!

Suggest you please hold off till tomorrow as all are expecting a draw considering the past trends. You can always change it later from your CIC account.

The address on the passport does not matter. They know people move all the time. So don't worry about it for now. As advised, you can enter the new address post-ITA.

I am going to submit my EE profile as a FSW applicant. I have a question about the language of my spouse.
As the official page said "both princial applicant and common-law partner should meet the requirements to apply as a Federal Skilled Worker"
Currently, I have 439 points in EE profile but my spouse scored 6/5.5/8.5/6.5 of (L/S/R/W) in IELTS exam.
Is it necessary for my spouse to get straight 6 in IELTS?
