hi ! I hv applied for FSW on dec 2014. File received 8/12/14 n processing started feb 2015 n they transferred my file to London England office in March 2015 .they hv emailed for interview in Abudhabi like 5-6 months before but till now no schedule for interview guys how long I need to wait ?

Unfortunately, this also didn't work. Now instead of throwing error of Last Name Mandatory, it shows that First Name is mandatory and doesn't let me progress. For now, I have put "Not Applicable"

If the name change is just because of marriage, you can address that with a LOE and your marriage certificate. You don't have to declare that as a name change. I vaguely remember Asivad telling the same thing in the past!

2) Since the OPs father has already changed his name, the OP should mention the new name in the e-APR.

Since all your documents contain your father's old name, create a PDF with your father's PP showing his old and new name, a name change document/proof that this has been added in the gazette. Along with this, write a LOE and describe your situation. Upload this PDF to the "LOE" section.

This is just to avoid any kind of confusion.

Since all my documents contain my father's old name, If I mention my father's old name as per my current passport in the family section, By any chance will it be treated as "MISREPRESENTATION"?

I'm not very sure about this but I think you should mention the new name and submit an affidavit to show the name change. Since the name has already changed, the current name should be used rather than the previous name. I would suggest senior members like Leon, jes_ON, Scylla, qorax please comment on this?

Hi Rajkamal,yesterday i ordered GCM NOTES but i never received AOR receipt and tracking number.SO is this normal or should i wait?Its more than 24 now.Even they charged me twice from my visa card so in this case what shall i do?

visafile.info is cheaper. I believe they charge $25.

Is it safe to get notes through these sites, I mean they will have access to all your confidential information. Can't it be misused?
