Express Entry IELTS minimum score criteria

I have given my IELTS exam and received the results.
My scores are :
Listening - 7.5
Speaking - 7.5
Reading - 7
Writing - 6

My CLB is 8.

I wanted to know if i am applying through PNP then do i really need to get 8-7-7-7 in order to get shortlisted or get a possible nomination by any province in Canada. Do provinces really require 8-7-7-7 as a prerequisite ?
