Express Entry for Truck Driver

Hi
I am a student and my husband came to Canada through spouse visa.Now he is working as a truck driver since last one year and he has permanent job letter as well. Is he eligible to apply for PR under Express Entry?

You have to meet the criteria of one of the economic immigration programs subject to Express Entry to be accepted into the Express Entry pool. So CEC/FSWP are subject to EE, look that if you satisfy those requirements.

They do not have a blacklist of any NOC. All NOCs can apply. Just satisfy criteria of CEC/FSWP.

I dont think this is right,because they only accept NOC A,B,O and rtuck driver is NOC C .Can someone help ? My hisband is working in BC as a long haul truck driver,we applied for BC PNP a month ago.We would love to go with Express Entry,but Im afraid it's not possible.Anyone?

Hi he can't apply as truck driver under express entry it falls under C whereas only OAB are eligible.

Only NOC 0, A and B is eligible under CEC and FSWP. You can check requirements for Skilled trades, but I do not think Truck driving is a trade. So Truck drivers are not eligible under EE.
