Does anyone here knows what should be the dimension of envelopes that I am supposed to send my passport with for PPR ?

The VFS office sends it in a secure envelope. All you need to do is to take passport, 2 photographs and the printout of the letter. Please check the dimensions of the photograph

Just go to Canada post. They know the right envelope. Tell them you need an xpresspost envelope for passport submission. They will give you two xpresspost envelopes. The smaller one is for return, the big one is for sending everything.

Also, I would like to know how many people are pending in Nov forum...

my case have not been touched since AOR.
moreover, I applied for gcms, and two days later, I received schd A request.
just curious and tensed.

I have been keeping a close eye on my CIC account... But i think this is the first time it has said this --

We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.


Previously I think it said - Not required or Not needed. Not sure exactly what it said.

But I think they are working on PNP - I applications.

Last update was on 12th Jan - Medical - Passed
12th Feb - GCMS notes said - Ready to finalize.

Hope they move fast, as I am running out of of Work Permit time.

Yes, there is a change. I am still waiting for my Passport, but my status has changed to approve and a new line item has appeared above that shows the counterfoil doc #.

Thats great. My passport was received by VO on 7th April but there is no change in status. I still says that your application is in progress. There was no notification of PPR only an email.
Should I be worried?

It can take a few days until they stamp your passport. Once it's done, then you should see an update in your MyCIC account. Give it a few more days and it should be updated
