I don't think they have cleared application to Nov 11th as I haven't received it so far . My application was submitted on Nov 9, 2016.

Did you get any email in your CIC profile?

I got direct mail into my email inbox.

I was actually checking the email where I receive regular update from CIC but there wasn't PPR there. Then I checked my second email address randomly (I wasn't looking for the PPR email as CIC has never sent me update with this email), and I found the PPR email. I have used that email address in the past to apply for TRV.

So, I got my PPR in an email, different from the email where CIC normally send me updates.

So far 25% of PNP-inland applications have received PPR, great process so far. The golden rain has started raining on us since April 04th.
