After 7.30 pm any time is good time... Plz call when u have plenty of time they made me hold for 20 min before an agent took my call.... I called around 11pm... Best of luck

While you spoke to the agent did you say you are calling from out-side Canada ? I heard that they do not entertain calls from out-side Canada.

While you spoke to the agent did you say you are calling from out-side Canada ? I heard that they do not entertain calls from out-side Canada.

We cannot hide that , she specifically told me that she cannot see my Canada's address.... I told her that I am calling from India.... I guess depends from agent to agent.... Best of luck

Guys, how do you think, after which time can we assume that we are "safe" eligibility/provided documents wise? I'm not taking about security checks here...
I know that rejection can come even after a year. But what are your thoughts on general? Three months after eAPR?

I guess once the eligibility is met/passed we can assume PPR is almost there... 4 months for PNP applicant should make him/her confident..

I tried calling them today sometime around 8PM IST, after 20 mins i was able to speak with the agent, and the agent was about to say my case status, however before that she paused and asked me if i'm calling from outside of canada, I had no other way I said yes calling from outside of canada, and she goes like she can not say anything on my case, and i would have to contact my LVO. :'(

This confirms that ur file has been transferred.... Though her reaction was sad... Try ordering notes...

I already have the notes generated on 21st Jan, and today i found out something.. Under the "Application" - It says

Application:3 -
Field Name: Secondary office
Action: Updated
Old value: CIO
New Value - New Delhi

Application: 2 -
Field Name: Secondary office
Action: Removed
Old value: New Delhi
New Value - NIL

Application: 1 -
Field Name: Secondary office
Action: Added

What does these mean ? Does it mean my VO is CIO not NDVO ?

Also my eligibility shows as MET.

Pls let me know what exactly is going on.

Hello all

I received AOR on 23rd November 2016, current status is Medicals Passed, and review of eligibility in progress.
I realized today that I have not submitted my Indian Income Tax returns along with other proofs of employment (I have provided a detailed reference letter in the format asked, and few pay slips for reference).
Will it be an issue if I have not submitted the Income tax returns (I have those for 2 years out of the 3 years employment shown).
If yes, can i provide them now through a CSE?
